Not xmas but I need a party present for an 8year old boy. Budget £10-15 Past presents we've given were science kit, lego sets, craft things, remote control car. Apparently he is no longer into lego and 'playing,'. His hobby is football but he already has countless balls, kit, books etc so finding something football related and not duplicate would be tricky. He doesn't like books /reading so my usual default is no use here. Anyone got any clever ideas?

What about a personalised boot bag, there are lots on ebay reasonably priced or a boot buddy brush? Other football gifts that have been a hit have been a street sign of their team sports direct do them to go on the wall, personalised medal holder and a 3d football night light.

Anyone got a discount code for John Lewis or Barbour? It's winter coat time and I can't stomach the almost £200 price tag

Wondering if anyone is aware of anything I've missed or knows a huge discount... My son is just getting into harry potter and he wants an advent calendar with figures. I refuse to spend £50 on funko pop for a 6yr old but can't find anything else that doesn't also cost a fortune. Last year I got a bag of 24 Pokémon figures for less than £10 on eBay, which weren't amazing quality but satisfied him. Is there anything similar for harry potter? I'm really struggling. I could live with about £1 per figure and can do a make your own calendar of there is anything about.

Home bargains have HP stampers 5 in a pack for £5 and there were 3 different sets on the shelf. Each had a different figure on top. There were also HP blind bags. You could quite easily make up a nice calendar with these.

M&S have just sent me a link to the M&S Christmas decorations shop.

Not very bargainous, but some pretty things there. IIRC some things are likely to be reduced or go on 3 for 2 nearer to Christmas, but by then the most popular things may have sold out.

This grouch couch game is £20 in Asda but reduced to £10 on Amazon at the moment. Looks like a fun one for younger children
