@AnotherOne4 perhaps they’re not stocked in in your local Tesco? I think the Tesco app does have an in store stock checker function now (not sure how reliable it is) if you want to check other stores before making a trip

I've just had a bizarrely worded email from Hermes.

I ordered the boxes exactly a week ago and have heard nothing since the order confirmation but tonight Hermes said:

"We're expecting your parcel from Holland & Barrett.
We'll let you know as soon as we receive it.
Although we've received initial instruction to deliver your parcel, we're reliant on Holland & Barrett giving us the parcel"

I may be wrong but I'm getting a feeling my parcel doesn't (and won't) exist

I’ve never ordered from H&B but I’ve often had that worded message from Hermes from different online orders. Usually get an email from the shop the next day saying parcel despatched or another from Hermes saying they now have it.

I messaged them as I can’t see the order on my account..
Their reply was
“ Having looked into this I can see your item has not yet been dispatched due to stock, I am sorry if you were not aware of this.
Please be assured as soon as this item comes back into stock, this will be packaged and shipped as quickly and safely as possible. This can take anything up to 21 days.”

Ooh my H&B boxes have been dispatched!

Forgot who posted about the Hermes email sorry, but I've had that a few times when ordering from different companies and they've always shown up.

I had the same email from hermes about the H&B boxes and they did arrive, hope that helps.

I was in an Asda living shop earlier and they had brilliant bargains on their stationery a lot of half price, including dynmo machine.
