Greetings folks, it’s that time again!

Starting a fresh for 2021, so if anyone has any specific links they’d like or think would be handy to add to the list for the next thread please do let me know.

Hope you’ve all had a better year so far than last year and here’s hoping things will be at a point for a more celebratory Christmas with friends and family (and lots of bargains) this year.

Bomb cosmetics panda bath bomb set Here

Shufflebumnessie · 08/08/2021 16:39

@Avoca76 Lego Friends have a Panda Jungle set #41422.
Lego Minecraft set #21158 is a Panda Nursey set.
Currently both reduced on Amazon (maybe on other sites but I've not checked).
What about adopting a Giant Panda through WWF, or maybe at a zoo near you?

ItsAllBlahBlahBlah · 08/08/2021 16:44

Home bargains sell these cheap chocolate panda biscuit boxes for 29p. Maybe to pop in the stocking

Also Hobbycraft, though I can't recommend going onto their site as I've just made my second free-post order in the last 18hrs or so 😕 get your bank loan in place before you browse 🤦

17caterpillars1mouse · 08/08/2021 17:44

I've just ordered this baby born mini surprise bottle house for dd who is 3 at Christmas. I've had it in my basket for a while as a gift for a family member to give her and noticed it had dropped. Dd loves the mini babies

www.amazon.co.uk/Baby-Born-904145-Surprise-Bottle/dp/B07QH7F439/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=Baby+born+mini+doll+bottle&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&qid=1628440957&sr=8-2

17caterpillars1mouse · 08/08/2021 17:47

Also my local tkmaxx had some of the baby born surprise babies reduced to £6. They don't have them on the website so will be shop dependent.

Avoca76 · 08/08/2021 17:59

So many pandas! I love the Lego friends idea and just ordered some cute panda washi tape from Rex London. Now to decide between all the other great suggestions.

Room4onemore · 08/08/2021 18:47

Daisy829 · 08/08/2021 19:29

@CottonHeadedNinnyMug thanks for that link to the Yoshi site. I’ve never heard of it before but their products look beautiful & quite unique. I can see a couple of purchases coming from there.

I was luck to receive a beautiful Yoshi bag for my birthday last moment, it’s stunning and as an irregular choice fan right up my street, definitely recommend

BigGreen · 08/08/2021 19:56

I bought the baby pink with tropical foliage Rex London backpack in the sale recently, which was a particularly good buy for £3.95. Link here.

The reusable coffee mugs were great value at £1.95 as well - little larger than a regular cappuccino though.

Rex London also do a range of bluetit and garden birds patterned items some of which might still be in clearance, I got a few nice bits there.

Lnix · 08/08/2021 20:16

I know Claire's always has an offer on but today I got 6 hair items for price of 3 - hair bands, clips, scrunchies - ideal for stocking bits and pieces or to bulk up pressies for little relatives!

UrbanMage · 08/08/2021 20:22

I was just on the hobbycraft website and noticed that they do craft/ art courses through classbento. So I checked out the site and there are some great ideas for the potentially difficult to buy for/ crafty types. Not exactly bargainous, but definitely might help someone

Heartshapedrocks · 08/08/2021 20:31

I love the barbie camper van, but DD will only be nearly 3 by then so probably too young, although she loves playing with barbie dolls on their own. Does anyone know if the price usually drops to what it is now, or is it best to buy and save it?

Lnix · 08/08/2021 20:42

@Heartshapedrocks I haven't seen it as low as this before but it had about 10 pounds off it recently. However, from what I can see it is the 'old' Dream camper and that might be why it drops sometimes. There is another one called a 3in1 camper that is around £75 or so. I liked the look of the old one better and it was cheaper so win win! My daughter will be 6 in December though. But for the price (and reading the reviews) I'd be tempted to by and keep! X

Mommabear20 · 08/08/2021 20:43

How have I never heard of poundtoy???? Just put in an order for DC and nieces and nephews! 😁

Ah thank-you thats really useful! I do like the look of it so going to go for it, if she doesn't like it when she's old enough to use it I an always find it another home.

clpsmum · 08/08/2021 20:51

Thanks for the Rex link just got lots of stocking fillers and teacher gifts x
