Anyone waiting for an Oodie?

Mine are supposed to be dispatched today but I'm getting a little twitchy looking at the last couple of weeks' Trustpilot reviews - lots of orders not arriving, customer service not responding...

They're not going to get here by Christmas, are they?

Same here, the dispatch date had changed, but it looks like they have used a screenshot. Mine arrived today and has been due 15-Dec.

I haven't even had an email back from them to acknowledge receipt of the one I sent yesterday. I'm getting worried now, I get two emails a day from them but no communication since Oct and delivery now overdue. If they're going to be late it's not a disaster but I'd like to know.

Got the dispatch notice on Wednesday and it arrived today.

I ordered one in October due for dispatch 8th December. I received it on 8th December. Ordered another in November due for dispatch January and received it last week! The emails are a bit hit and miss I think but to me it looks like they are arriving before or on the date the specify.

I ordered 2 to arrive 15 December. Got a despatch email last week so all seemed good. Got an apologetic email today saying the shipment is stuck at Felixstowe due to Brexit truck shortages so won't be arriving until mid January! Angry

@NotwatchingSpooks did you get a dispatch email at all. Mine were due for a 15th of December dispatch but I haven’t even got a reply from any of my emails. Starting to panic.

Hi yes I got a dispatch email, but when I scrolled down the individual OOdies all had Jan dispatch dates, 2 days later I got a dpd delivery

I've finally had an email reply from customer services saying that they have been delayed but will try to get them delivered before Christmas... so we'll see! Reassuring that my order is in the system at least

I have just read the Trust Pilot reviews and really wish I hadn't. I ordered 6 back in October. It's not looking good is it?!

I’ve just had an email from them.

Basically they’re stuck in Felixstowe with no way of being distributed at the moment - they’ve offered me 15% off or to cancel the order. They can’t guarantee I’ll even have them in a month, which is disappointing.

Thinking I’ll just cancel, I bought one each for my twins and it is their birthday on the 20th Jan, and I know they’ll love them....but seriously if they aren’t even going to get here for then, I’m not sure I’m that arsed anymore.

I have sent 2 e-mails and had no reply. I have also tried phoning but it says the number has been disconnected. I am in Tier 4 so shops are shut so can't get 6 replacement presents. Terrible service.

I had a messages saying dispatched but the tracking from
Royal Mail says we are awaiting the item!

Meant to say: mine did arrive last week - so a week later than expected, and the details on the dispatch note were incorrect. Here's hoping the dc like them!!

I am thinking of ordering one of these in January, for my 22 year old (she isn't home for Christmas so, thankfully, no rush!).
Can I ask is 22 the right age, or are they for younger DC? And which design have your older DC chosen?

22 is a perfect age I would say age 13- 30.

@AldiAisleofCrap I never got a dispatch email (although the email I got referred to one, so they clearly just c&p a generic email Hmm. I just got an email from Andrew F. Logistics (or something).

I have emailed back and asked for a refund.

Fingers crossed for you. I ordered in October some time and was told dispatch would be 15 December but it arrived a week earlier.

Thanks @MustardMitt I just checked my tracking again before I replied to you , hadn’t changed for three days but now it’s in its way!
Really sorry yours is stuck in transit. Hope your refund is fast and you can sort another gift.
