Anyone waiting for an Oodie?

Mine are supposed to be dispatched today but I'm getting a little twitchy looking at the last couple of weeks' Trustpilot reviews - lots of orders not arriving, customer service not responding...

They're not going to get here by Christmas, are they?

Pizza one arrived here last Friday. Ordered it early October though.

Orderd 9 Oct, due 15 Dec, radio silence until last week when I got a flurry of apologetic emails and despatch/tracking emails. Arrived yesterday via Royal Mail so a day early.
I ordered the pink on for DD17, mmm, I'm not sure about the colour, its very pale, sweet, baby pink. Nothing can be done now though.

OP they are inundated but I believe they're catching up now from what I've heard

I've reeceived one but be aware they come in very obviously branded OODIE packaging

I ordered two in October for dispatch 8th December. I emailed a couple of times to make sure the order had been received basically and I hadn't imagined it! Customer support was great. Heard back in a couple of days even though I was being neurotic! On 9th I sent an email checking dispatch and later that day the Oodies arrived and an automated email came out advising that there had been a glitch with the system and the dispatch emails hadn't been sent. Customer service then responded direct to check everything had been received. I found their support to be great. The Oodies are worth the wait too!

Well yes I have but I just wanted to join the discussion, as you do. I have now googled Oodies!

I'd say be prepared to wait if you decide you want one!

Dispatch was due yesterday, no notification so far, I've emailed customer service, again nothing. They seem to have stopped responding to messages on Trustpilot. It's not looking great!

Just got a dispatch email with a Royal Mail tracking link. So hopefully Koala will arrives in time

I remember having a slanket when they were all the rage . It was too long on me I kept falling down the stairs

Same here, DPD delivery due this afternoon.

Ive just had a dispatch email, but when I scroll down it has delivery dates of jan, so a bit contradictory - Fingers crossed

DPD delivered at lunchtime, so aside from the miscommunication all went well in the end. Very pleased with them too, I was concerned the quality would be poor but they seem well made and they’re very warm and cosy
