Thanks to @friskybivalves for the title

I think we might actually make it to 25 threads!!

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

Thank you! Are you pleased with it so far?
That’s the Gtech model I’ve been considering.....

SparklingLime · 26/11/2020 21:05

Thanks, @cataline, but I thought Candy Kittens were gluey and horrible too - I think it’s the vegan alternative to gelatine that seems grim to me...

Iggi999 · 26/11/2020 21:11

I wonder if it will be worth going into RL Tesco tomorrow morning for a bargain hunt? Not expecting any new xboxes to appear! But some games and toys hopefully.
I was disappointed in amazon's offers last year so hoping tomorrow is better (and I have the day off, yay!)

You're welcome @Waterlemon, it's lovely when you find a gift you know someone will love.

PinkPanther27 · 26/11/2020 22:10

Re vegan sweets I can highly recommend Aldi’s Leon the Lion ones- I prefer these to Candy Kitten although I also love the M&S Colin caterpillar cherry flavour sweets

Oh Wow, The Queue to get onto Aldi site is ridiculous. What's the betting my baby will wake up the MINUTE I get on & need a feed :(

CoffeeAndEnnui · 26/11/2020 23:58

I didn't know you could queue for Aldi in advance so only popped on ten minutes ago. I am now 41, 636th in line despite having an alarm set and the page marked all ready for me to go Lego hunting. Bugger!
