Asda delivery christmas slots

Asda delivery slots were released today to delivery pass holders. Tried booking but can't load any slots past the 18th of December usually we can view and book up until the 23rd. Anyone else having the same problem?

After all that it appears we have a ‘Priority Pass’ (the free one given to those shielding) not a ‘Delivery Pass’ and will therefore been unable to book Christmas Slots until the 6th November.

I'm still only seeing up to the 19th both in the app and online desktop... can anyone shed any light of getting one after that? We have a delivery pass.

Still only slots up to 19th here. Clearly those shielding aren’t a priority for Asda at Christmas.

Force the extremely clinically vulnerable into shops at the busiest time of the year - what kind of a policy is that?! Or do they expect them not to eat for two weeks over Christmas.

Stupid discriminatory policy. Asda ditching the most vulnerable so they can’t make more money at Christmas

When I went onto the slots there was a button to click for Christmas slots, I'll see if I can screenshot.

It was easier for me to go through Chrome than the app. I went to Groceries, then Christmas and then see the photo.

When you click there it takes you to slots, then you get this like the photo. And click on view all

Mine doesn't come up with the view all so I assume I'm not getting one this year 🤷🏻‍♀️

TitsalinaBumSquash I don’t get it that way either but when I type book slots into the search bar at the top, the Christmas slots appear.

Are you vie3wing on an the asda mobile app? My asda app wont lets me see past the 18th but I can see up until the 23rd on when viewing asda on the web browser

If you book a Christmas slot does it not then cancel/override your recurring slot? That's how it seemed to me so I didn't want to go ahead and book the slot!

I had to click “change” on my recurring slot date, but when I selected 21st December, it added it as a additional slot and my recurring slot still is as usual.
Asda haven’t made anything user friendly!

I can't see anything beyond 19th Dec. We have a pass from shielding.

Still can’t see anything past 19 December - shielding delivery pass.

I have tried:
+book a slot in the search bar
+your account, delivery pass, book a slot
+change your slot, under “your delivery” in the side bar
+clicking on Christmas All Wrapped Up banner - book a slot

Has anyone who has a shielding delivery pass managed to book a Christmas slot?

@Hmmph I believe its only for delivery pass holders and not for shielding pass holders which is absolutely unfair and I don't understand why they've not also included shielding pass holders in the priority booking. Anyone without a delivery pass can book a christmas delivery slot from the 6th of November

If you look on their social media, they've said the slots are just for normal delivery pass holders and not shielding.

Absolutely awful though to remove the priority delivery option for those shielding at Christmas time. Let’s hope they have some slots left on 6 November so the vulnerable don’t have to starve for Asda’s profit margins.

Anyone know what time on 6th they might release the slots? Will it be 00:01am or later on.

I have just had an email to say that no recurring slots are booked from 19th December - 2nd Jan. So you have to go on and choose a slot.

Don't forget to grab your delivery slot this morning for Asda

Managed to book one for the 21st here, all dates after that fully booked already!
