Asda delivery christmas slots

Asda delivery slots were released today to delivery pass holders. Tried booking but can't load any slots past the 18th of December usually we can view and book up until the 23rd. Anyone else having the same problem?

I still can only see up to 19th

I have a delivery pass but it's the free one that Asda offered people on the shielding list so maybe that's why

I have a delivery pass and stayed up till midnight, none loaded, have tried on and off all day, nothing showing! Really really annoying. Do I have to cancel my usual reccuring slot to get one, does anyone know?? They don’t explain it very well at all!

Guess what divvy cancelled her delivery pass literally says before lockdown and Asda won't let her rebook another - me 🙄

I have a recurring slot on Mondays so will now miss the 21st and 28th but I can’t see anywhere at all to even try booking an alternative.
I can’t find an option to book anything!!

How do I book a slot over Christmas if I already have a recurring slot?

Same as others with recurring slots, can’t book any over Xmas. Latest it goes to is 19th December. I’ve just cancelled my reccuring slot to see if that made a difference, it hasn’t really poor of asda!!

You're not alone.
I cancelled mine less than a week before it became obvious we were going in to lockdown and I still can't get another one, despite just about managing to get ASDA slots all this time after staying up until silly oclock! and spending an obscene amount each time.

I am so annoyed. Thought I was smugly sorted for Christmas!

Update!! I have recurring slot. Just typed book a slot into search bar at top and Christmas slots option appeared.

Luckily I managed to get a recurring slot back, but it’s on a Thursday evening now and not Saturday morning which is a pain.

The Website still won’t let me book past 19th December. However just tried the app and it shows up to the 21st, I clicked “amend” on my recurring slot, selected 21st December and prayed(!!!) my recurring slot still stands for every Thursday, but it’s added a separate order for 21st December.
Really not well thought out way of doing it by Asda!! But it did work and I didn’t lose my recurring slot, despite having to click change on it. If that makes any sense?!

I was given up to Christmas Eve options but not the week after.
Glad I didn’t listen to Asda - I phoned customer services and asked how to book when I had recurring slot and they told me I didn’t need to do anything! I told her it clearly said my recurring slot wasn’t valid 19th Dec to 3 Jan and she said it was fine!!

Oh how useless!

I didnt want to risk Christmas eve in case they miss things off so I went for the 23rd.

I am also hoping we have enough food leftover from Christmas to see us through the next few weeks after

It wasn't very intuitive was it? Initially my Christmas order added itself to my next recurring slot even though I'd booked a Christmas slot. God knows what's coming next week!

Also I'm quite annoyed that there was no email from Asda - I'd seen it on my local newspaper's website by chance.

I was quite worried as I’m not in the best of health so avoid real life shopping other than little local shops. Haven’t been in Asda since March.

Does anyone know when Tesco release their dates? Mum and dad have a pass for Tesco but I do the booking and ordering for them. Don’t see anything mentioned there yet.

I’m also not going to worry about the week after. We can eat crisps and chocolate oranges!!

I said to my husband ;" that would have bothered me all night, knowing my Christmas slot wasn't booked."

Trying to book some food for Christmas for my formerly shielding mother who gets a free “delivery pass” from Asda as still can’t get any options past 19th December. We got an email but can’t book anything for Christmas.

Totally ridiculous. She can’t see her family and now she can’t get any food either?!
