Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@999caffeineplease occasionally they send a £10 voucher through the post but I can't remember if there's a min spend. Might be worth signing up to their mailing list to get the catalogues. I think it depends on how many times you shop as last year some people had the £10 voucher on here whereas I only had a 10% code.

I'm sure they do White Friday on Black Friday and it's 20% off site-wide.

@Someaddedsugar oh that’s perfect, thank you! Off to get signed up 🏃‍♀️

Lakeland discount codes attached - £5 off £30 and £10 off £60

Dorothy Perkins order arrived, very happy with those purchases and they are now squirrelled away in the present box. Think I’m going to need a bigger box shortly.

ClaraLane · 22/08/2020 14:17

A bit niche but can anyone recommend a company that sells nice stocking holders? We don’t have a mantelpiece so I want to get some pretty ones we can use on the sideboard/radiator to hang our stockings with. I seem to remember Cox and Cox having some gorgeous but uber pricey ones last year! I’m after 4, different styles if possible.

Mumto3thatsme · 22/08/2020 14:27

Zulily have 10% off a selection of lego at the moment, I’m not sure if the prices are good or not but might be worth a look.
If it’s your first time using zulily I can send you an invitation which earns me store credit, not sure if there’s anything for you though 🙄

IggyAce · 22/08/2020 14:33

@ClaraLane found these:
www.dibor.co.uk/dibor-christmas/christmas-stocking-holders.html
No idea what the company is like as I found them after a quick google search.

Giespeace · 22/08/2020 14:45

I’ve just picked up loads of stocking fillers in The Entertainer sale, including a Fingerling down to £5 from £15!
Also got Mums annual large Yankee Candle half price in the Yankee shop. All the Christmas ones are half price - Christmas Eve, Christmas Cookie etc.
Happy wee elf today Smile

FilthyforFirth · 22/08/2020 14:46

Can anyone recommend wrapping paper/tags on sale anywhere? I used up ny stock last year as I didnt actually need to purchase any new, but forgot to replenish in the January sales! I have quite a few bits now and could do with wrapping as I go.

Pretty sure baby is coming sround 18th November and want to be done by then!

lexloofah · 22/08/2020 14:50

999caffeineplease pure collection has slightly cheaper cashmere bed socks, I have a pair and they are toasty

Turtle doves one cheaper still if you don't mind the mis-matched idea https://www.turtle-doves.co.uk/products/bed-socks]

Someaddedsugar · 22/08/2020 14:51

@ClaraLane Cox and Cox have the referral on if you/someone else at home have an email address that doesn't have an account registered with it - it's £20 off a £25 spend on your first order (+£5.95 p&p) and there are a load of links to the codes over on the referral thread (please don't use mine as it's already been used and there are definitely other codes on the thread 😊).

Etsy also have some and I think there are a couple of NOTHS.

Dreamingofwalden · 22/08/2020 15:11

@VacMan I bought my husband some Ben Sherman ones for his birthday in February. By May they had fallen apart. To be fair he lived in them due to lockdown and would do things like take the bins out which meant walking up the drive in them and generally mistreat them.

He asked for a new pair for Father’s Day. I read online reviews and decided on Tom’s. They cost much more but are wearing well and he loves them.

I’ve had a look and the following code works. Welcome15OFF

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 22/08/2020 15:15

If anyone sees any Treasure x bargains (big bag of xhit but kids love it) please share links.

www.tiarosetreasures.co.uk have a massive 60% off sale at mo on organic and scandi kids clothes sorry I may have nab all the bigger sizes still lots left though- highly recommend a maxomorra onesie for after swimming (they come up massive).

TenCornMaidens · 22/08/2020 15:28

I've ordered a massive box of these for my teen dd to give to friends at Christmas.

www.treasureislandsweets.co.uk/strawberry/giant-candy-cane-100g.html

Also makes other gifts like wine seem more Christmassy, I think.

UselessInDisguise · 22/08/2020 15:29

Has anyone ordered from both Lisa angel and Dorothy perkins? How do the scarf quality compare? The DP ones are so cheap I'm wondering whether to get those instead of the Lisa Angel ones (which are yet to be dispatched)

Is there any way of saving your place on a thread without commenting on it? I'm never sure where I'm up to on this thread.

Marypoppinsisnosaint · 22/08/2020 15:51

My jl ordered arrived this week and like others the gin set came damaged. I did send them an email and they have refunded me £5 back into my PayPal account. Might be worth an email.

Fubbs · 22/08/2020 15:56

Got a discount code GETOODIE for the Oodies - it says valid for 30 days on full price items only and I am not sure if it's account specific but I won't use it so it might help someone!

Fubbs · 22/08/2020 15:56

Oh, and only valid for single Oodies.

VacMan · 22/08/2020 16:06

Thanks @Dreamingofwalden the Berkeley look good, there are a lot to choose from on the Toms siteSmile

999caffeineplease · 22/08/2020 16:09

@lexloofah Oh thanks, I'll have a look now!

Yeknom · 22/08/2020 16:10

@FilthyforFirth not sure where you're based but John Lewis had big rolls of Christmas wrap with teddies on for 30p on Oxford Street today

PinkDaydreams · 22/08/2020 16:18

@VacMan I notice someone has recommended toms, I’d also recommend them as they are hard wearing. Or north face ones as they have a good sole. I bought husband the north face for his birthday last year and they really are hard wearing (he’s taken the dog out a few times in them by mistake forgetting he’s had slippers on his feet!!). Toms I bought him a couple of Christmas’s ago and they are also good, bought him some for last Christmas but they are still in the box unused as his previous ones and the north face are lasting so well.
Sorry to ramble on! Blush

Yeknom · 22/08/2020 16:25

Re: Toms - just a heads up if you're ordering from the official Toms webpage - they do have good sales but charge for returns, I was recently stung with a £6 return!
