Or am I alone in this? :) Thought I may find a kindred spirit in the Christmas topic.

It all started with the book people sale, The bargains were too good to resist, So I bought a few bits and pieces to put away for Christmas.

This cheered me up no end, So I then bought £20 worth of stocking fillers from Rex London.

I may have added a couple of bits to my tesco order to put in the 'Save for Christmas' box (Jar of mincemeat and 2 boxes of toffifee)

I think I'll go and read my Christmas chronicles book now.

I've found my people!! 🎅🎅🎅
I started my Christmas shopping in April and am nearly done now!
I have 10 children to buy for (goddaughter, niece, nephews and friends and they're all done), got my mam's main present and all my friends who I buy for, sorted DH's side of the family - I'm good with ideas and he does all the wrapping!

I still need to get something for Dad, DH's main present (waiting for Amazon Prime day) and some edible bits.

DH is in charge of DS's Christmas presents as I've already got all his Birthday presents (December Birthday). I'm currently pregnant so will be another little person to think about next Christmas.

I have started picking up some Christmas stuff already, there may or may not be a bulging Christmas basket on my Amazon Grin

These look to be quite good and fairly cheap

Yes! For me it's more of a practical motivation vs. being cheered up (though it is cheering me up too :-))

I'm just thinking if there's another national/local lockdown then it might be more difficult to make purchases.

Also, I'd like to try and make sure I'm not overpaying for anything so I am grabbing bargains as and when they come up - I don't want to pay a premium for deliveries if they become the only means to buy things.

There's 18 weeks until December - a couple of purchases per week will mean I'll be ready.

I just bought a bikini for dd. Gawd, I hope she doesn’t fall out of the top. It doesn’t look like it covers much.

And I have started on my baking list.

Another two presents bought today, For mine and my boyfriends Mothers.
Got them both the same Lola Rose jewellery set from TKmaxx. Very pretty.

Now looking for two gifts to buy next month, One for my 23 year old Goddaughter and one for his 16 year old niece. I like shopping for these two girls.
