Sorry, not caught up at all with last thread because of a germy family. I’m figuring this will be the thread with Christmas on though!

No links etc because I’m figuring you know it all now and we’re so nearly there!

Happy Christmas everyone 🎄☃️❄️🎅🏻

22Giraffes · 23/12/2019 12:53

Smelly50 · 23/12/2019 13:07

22giraffes. Maybe currys ? They may do click and collect

DaisyChops · 23/12/2019 13:12

Card factory do the Xbox actual cards if you have one nearby, I always get mine from there

onedayatatime73 · 23/12/2019 13:53

I've just twitched and bought some Christmas spoons from Spode that I definitely didn't need. This thread has been a saviour and an extra expense in equal measure. I'm hoping one cancels out the other.

Raindancer411 · 23/12/2019 13:56

@22Giraffes Wilko??

YuleAreBeingUnREASTIEable · 23/12/2019 13:58

I’m so disorganised this year (so have been a bit quiet recently). Gingerbread house in the oven and crackers aware half made. Getting there slowly!

Finally got a tea set for the boys kitchen,
Smyths won so thanks again for the link.
Im going to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for the threads and company.
This is the first year Ive been active in them and quite sad that I no longer have an excuse to shop bargains for a while!

Definitely come up trumps, my total budget was £800 and according to my gift list I have come in at spending £633, which includes a few bits Ive set aside for the twins birthday in January.

Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, see you for the prequels soon!

PinkDaydreams · 23/12/2019 15:04

Just a message to say thank you to the posters who helped out with linking me to DH Amazon prime benefits. Managed to order him a zippo lighter and fuel which I know he wants but won’t be expecting at all, arrived today, so thank you again so much!! Flowers

22Giraffes · 23/12/2019 15:25

You lot are all amazing, I have the voucher in the bag literally. Thanks so much for all the help Xmas Smile
(if anyone cares I ended up finding the last one in a random branch of Sainsburys near the crematorium when I popped in to put flowers down for my dad!)

ThePurpleGirl · 23/12/2019 17:00

@PinkDaydreams glad you got it to work in the end Xmas Grin

sherbertdibdab · 23/12/2019 19:11

Can I just shout out for Babi Pur. A parcel of mine went missing (grrr Royal Mail) and with no qualms they are sending a replacement by next day delivery so it will still be here in time for the big day. They are including a free returns label so I can return the original package if it turns up. Excellent customer service, worth paying a few more pennies for.

sorryiasked · 23/12/2019 19:18

If anyone is still looking for bargains there are some good reductions on Lego architecture on Amazon.

MulberryPeony · 23/12/2019 19:27

Anyone still stressing or are we all on top of things now?

I’m patiently opening all my tabs looking for bargains for next year (and some for me).

EvilHerbivore · 23/12/2019 19:29

Anyone know a real life shop (of anywhere that does next day delivery) for 2 weighted stocking hooks that you put on the mantlepiece?

Spartonian · 23/12/2019 19:33

@MulberryPeony I'm still stressing everything has gone wrong today and three deliveries have not arrived.

PinkDaydreams · 23/12/2019 19:34

I remember last year doing one of those Father Christmas video things where you select male/female, age, etc and it goes to the email recipient. I can’t remember the site I used, has anyone done one this year please and can recommend?

EvilHerbivore · 23/12/2019 19:41

@PinkDaydreams was it pnp (portable North Pole)?

PinkDaydreams · 23/12/2019 20:03

@EvilHerbivore you are going straight to the top of the nice list!! Thank you!

MulberryPeony · 23/12/2019 20:55

Argh no @Spartonian are they likely to come tomorrow?

BlueSkyAtChristmas · 23/12/2019 20:58

And I’m done! Last food bits purchased this evening in the coop. Thanks everyone for the shopping ideas and bargains, it’s been a great thread (and sorry to those who I’ve enabled over the Spode Christmas Tree collection.... but isn’t it lurverly?!)

Right I’m sitting down now with a glass of wine Grin Heard a Dr. on TV say to have inner peace we should always finish things we start and we all could use more calm in our lives. Yu haf no idr how feckin fablus I feel rite now. Sned this to all who need inner piss. An telum u luvum. And two al hve a Marry Crispmouse!!!
