Chocolate, it’s tradition!

nakedavengeragain · 22/12/2019 05:47

Veuve Cliquot and a swim in the sea.

golddustwomen · 22/12/2019 05:53

We have croissants with jam and bagels with philly.

desperatehousewife21 · 22/12/2019 10:18

Kids will no doubt want some of their stocking chocs at 6am but then we all go downstairs, check out how many pressies under the tree then have breakfast altogether round the table and we have croissants, pancakes, fruit like blueberries/ melon and orange juice/ coffee.
Then when that’s done and cleared away we open the presents under the tree Xmas Smile

Salene · 22/12/2019 19:26

Eggs Benedict

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 22/12/2019 20:26

More of a brunch - smoked salmon, cream cheese, bagels, satsumas, grapes, etc., Bucks Fizz.
Dinner not until 4.30-5.

user137473 · 22/12/2019 23:27

Pancakes, smoked salmon, loads of homemade hollendaise sauce, bucks fizz, brew company fresh tea. DH will have pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs with fresh coffee and orange juice. Kids will have santa pancakes, made with strawberries and blueberries and squirty cream for beard. I love breakfast to be a long drawn out affair before presents.

Hoolajerry · 22/12/2019 23:44

Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, toast, cinnamon rolls, champagne, orange juice and coffee

BrokenWing · 23/12/2019 08:23

Full Scottish Breakfast - lorne sausage, tattie scones, black pudding, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, dumpling etc

BercowsFestiveFlamingo · 23/12/2019 09:58

Fried potato butties and a cup of tea.

KTD27 · 23/12/2019 18:57

Freshly baked cinnamon swirl pastry thingys, brioche and probably chocolate for the kids. OJ and Buck’s Fizz along with strong coffee and tea. My parents will probs want a bacon butty instead of the sweeter things so that will be on the menu too. Dinner at 4 so plenty of time to work back up some sort of appetite

PostCourgette · 23/12/2019 19:41

Lidl Panetone

Mummyilovejokes1 · 24/12/2019 09:07

*edgewater

Chocolate and champagne.*

My kind of breakfast Grin

gemdrop84 · 24/12/2019 09:11

We normally have bucks fizz with smoked bacon in croissants but dh wants a cooked breakfast. Dc are quite happy eating their chocolate then some cereal but this year they'll be having a breakfast too. We're at in laws for dinner and won't be eating til 3ish so need something a bit more substantial.

maddy68 · 24/12/2019 09:14

Croissant and Jam, we used to have smoked salmon bagals but they're too filling with a massive Xmas lunch after

Kim82 · 24/12/2019 09:21

The rule in our house is you can have whatever you want for breakfast on Christmas Day. Me, Dh and ds will all have sausage and egg rolls and Buck’s Fizz, the 2 elder girls will more than likely just have chocolate and my youngest has already declared its ice cream for breakfast on Christmas Day so that’s what she’ll get the little weirdo.

Bouledeneige · 24/12/2019 09:23

Croissants, orange juice and coffee

RhythimIsRhythim · 24/12/2019 09:37

Homemade hash browns with wild duck breast

Bit of a last minute idea. Fingers crossed. Was going to be sausage sarnies.

drspouse · 24/12/2019 09:41

Chocolate plus whichever pastry I've ordered from the local hippy bakery (can't remember if it was croissants or pain au chocolat).

cherryblossomgin · 24/12/2019 09:42

My usual two boiled eggs, bread and fruit.

Whiskeylover45 · 24/12/2019 09:47

G+T breakfast ;)

pinkyboots1 · 24/12/2019 09:56

I'm having Slimming World Crustless Quiche and beans! I'm making them later while I've got the oven on to cook the gammon

Arrowfanatic · 24/12/2019 09:59

Copious amounts of tea, maybe a couple of crumpets.
