I will just have the normal bowl of cereal

Pork pie (sliced very thinly!) on toast slathered with mustard.
Or smoked salmon and avacado.

Gin and tonic

Bacon and egg sarnies

Croissants & Bacon

Cinnamon rolls

Always just have a small bowl of cereal. Things are busy, and I love being absolutely starving for my Christmas dinner a little later on!

There was one year and my dad made a massive fry-up for breakfast at 9am, and then Christmas dinner at 1, and I was just not hungry at all :(. Won't be making that mistake again!

Thank you Buttery. It sounds a lot but everyone picks at their favourite bits. We do FC presents first (dcs are 20 & 17 )then breakfast & then Christmas tree presents so nicely spread out.

We are having pastries and coffee when we wake up (early with kids) then a brunch. Kedgeree, salmon and eggs, fruit yogurt and granola and sourdough. Pancakes for the kids. Then big walk, pub and home. Meal around 5.30pm

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with bagles, or crumpets with poached eggs and cheese. Bucks fizz and chocolate 😁

I love kedgeree Gogo but no one else does. Sob. My favourite ever is the Wolseley one. To die for.

Toasted muffins and smoked salmon

DH's turn to pick this year. Crusty rolls, bacon and mushroom + bottle of Moët!

We don’t really do breakfast.
DCs will have cereal as usual.
DH and I will probably crack into some Christmas biscuit selection or something around mid-morning with a brew!

OJ or clementine juice
fresh coffee
Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese or with scrambled eggs for the veggies
If anyone wants I will get patisserie too and pop tarts for the teens as a very rare treat.

Glass of vintage champagne each, with a side of tea for him.

Belgian waffles or smoked salmon and poached eggs on sourdough toast depending on whether you want sweet or savoury. I’d like a Bloody Mary but am cooking lunch for 13 so might stick to coffee

Bucks fizz (orange juice and lemonade in a champagne flute for DD)
Bacon and egg sarnies for me and DH, croissant for DD as she isn't a fan of bacon (strange child) and the baby will probably have his usual porridge.
We'll be having Christmas Lunch at 1pm so don't want anything too filling.

Eggs benedict and a nice thick hot chocolate. Would usually have a mimosa or something with the eggs, but im pregnant this year.

Crispy bacon & egg muffins for the grown ups, pancakes and sausages for the kids. Dinner not till 4ish so plenty of time to get hungry again!

@Doje thank you for mentioning the Nigella Christmas muffins, they look lovely and I'm going to make them for Xmas morning. Bet they smell amazing when cooking!

We always Coco Pops on Christmas day.
We usually don't have them at other times of the year
