Thank you @Unihorn for the title.

This is the rapesco tape dispenser I got from EBay.

Honestly I’m like some kind of gift wrapping ninja this year!

Thanks for the thread reastie, wk see how many we’ll get to this year?

@Ouch44 USC for Ck boxers, cheapest I’ve found. Or if you want a real store tkmaxx have them too, but usc is still cheaper and they’ve got a huge variety, men’s and kids. Think you can get a 10% student code for there too.

Raclette grills are brilliant! We’ve used one for years to do easy dinner parties. Literally just buy a lot of thin meats. Some sliced raclette cheese (Gouda would do). Then cut up some veg into little bowls. Serving with bread, salad and boiled potatoes.

Each diner assembles and cooks their own mini dishes. I like to slice potatoes, layer with mushrooms and salami, before putting a slice of cheese on top and placing under the grill. I probably eat about 10 over the course of the evening! We’ve even cooked steaks on top!

A great way to eat and be social at the table

I need to order a bottle of wine, so had a look at Wineapp, but I'm not all that keen on putting my card details in directly. Has anyone used it and did you receive your wine?

Isn't Europa a moon around Jupiter? I don't know anyone who delivers Christmas puddings there, though I'm sure I know a company who would send a hamper!

@keeganface - ]] is on offer on Amazon at the moment - it's a great after dinner game especially if there are a few of you. It's not rude at all - you just need a smart phone to play it. It can get v addictive though!

I've started a thread in Chat but can anyone here help with Snow Scooters? Looking at getting one for DS1 (the £22ish plastic ones on Amazon) but not sure if they are actually usable?

Someone asked about scooters for an 11 year old on the last thread, sorry can’t remember who it was. My dd is a tall 11 and had a Flickr (which I’ve also been known to use so can confirm it’s fine for adults too 😄).

20% off barbie and fisher price tomorrow at Argos. I think the code was brand20 but it should be on the site anyway.

I don’t suppose anyone has a converse code? I want to buy some weatherproof winter ones for a friend that walks to work but am a bit loathe to pay full price

I need advice.

I need to find a dressing gown, but the recipient is very fussy.

“It must be,
Long,
Fluffy and warm
A bright colour
Long sleeves
With pockets.”

It also has to be under £20 (as that’s the spending limit that’s been set)

I’ve looked around online on the usual sites but can’t find anything that ticks all the boxes.

Has anyone seen one?

Very impressed with my Christmas Tree Spode Collection which arrived today. It’s beautifully boxed for gifts, or storing away. I’m going to enjoy using these. £48 delivered is my bargain of the year!
