@elphaba17 i got my LOL order today too, I'm so chuffed as it only has one small rip at the bottom of the packaging and the corners are a little scuffed. other than that looks brand new! did yours really come with no packaging 😱 so you can see all the doll boxes underneath?

Not a bargain as such but my kids loved these a few years ago and I've just ordered more - 3D Christmas glasses - like the paper ones you get for 3D films and if you look at Christmas lights through them it turns the lights Into shapes - I just paid £2.45 a pair due to arrive by the end of the week.

Seeing the Go Outdoors Black Friday leaflet has just reminded me of another present for any parents that take their dc to rugby/football/any other outside event in the winter - a pair of padded/lined windproof waterproof trousers. They start at £16 at Go Outdoors.

I bought some basic ones for dh when he started taking ds1 to rugby and football and ended up standing outside for hours watching in the freezing cold. Then needing hours to warm up again...

He was really sceptical at first, thinking it wasteful that he had a pair of trousers he was only wearing a couple of times a week for a couple of hours. Except it’s not - it’s 4 times a week, 2 wjhole mornings, couple of hours x2 in the evenings. Plus if it snows or if it’s cold and he wants to go for a walk or do gardening etc etc. 8 years on he had invested in his own more heavy duty pair, both still get worn very regularly throughout winter and have been worth every penny. A few other parents used to tease him but then they would complain how cold and miserable they were while dh was absolutely fine. Needless to say most of them have their own pairs too now

So while your other half might think you are mad giving them padded trousers, they will really really thank you for them once winter kicks in and they are standing outside for hours!

So my parents have now decided they don’t need or want anything for Christmas.
Any ideas of a nice luxury type ford hamper ( I think I’ve missed the other hamper suggestions.. )
