Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

I have a £10 Joe Browns, if anyone would like it PM me.

tinysnickersaremyfavourite · 28/11/2019 14:48

I have just whacked 57 moles (in the interest of testing that it worked before wrapping...)

I can confirm they do scream when whacked as per writing on box.
I'm not sure how long it will tbh, I'd be pretty disappointed if I paid £16 for one, but as I somehow got 2 for £13 it's ok.

tinysnickersaremyfavourite · 28/11/2019 14:49

*how long it will LAST

WineandDine · 28/11/2019 14:58

@ljl2020 Grin
I bought three boxes at Tesco a few weeks ago and have one left.

DreamingofSunshine · 28/11/2019 15:10

@Elphaba17 I'd really recommend a secondhand micro scooter than a cheaper one new. You should be able to get one for £30 on Facebook /ebay.

PinkJam · 28/11/2019 15:15

Scandibørn

Use code: BF15 for 15% off Black Friday Collection or code: XMAS19 for 10% off on everything else

NormaLouiseBates · 28/11/2019 15:27

@DangerousMouse don't know if they're quite posh enough Wink but Amazon Prime Now have got nice Christmas boxes of Thorntons reduced from £10.75 to £5.00 (of course, it's only any use if you're in a Prime Now area):

ineedto · 28/11/2019 15:28

Could anyone recommend a smart tv for a teenager? A decent brand at a great price too much to ask for Confused

NormaLouiseBates · 28/11/2019 15:29

@DangerousMouse sorry, I didn't read to the end of the thread so didn't see you say you didn't want Thorntons!

TheCanterburyWhales · 28/11/2019 15:37

For chocs places like Neuhaus are doing hampers that could be split?

Thanks for the Abercrombie heads up. Just got dd (16) two logo hoodies (sale section not BF) and after signing up for the Abercrombie friends thingy got both delivered to Italy for under €50.

DangerousMouse · 28/11/2019 15:56

Neuhaus looks lovely, I love pralines..! Can't find any hampers though, I think I'll hold out for hotel chocolate tomorrow, Godiva is another one I'll check

TheCanterburyWhales · 28/11/2019 16:09

I'm holding out for Neuhaus tomorrow because unlike Leonidas (my favourites) they have free del

Abercrombie cancelled my order. No idea why Tried to order again and now website seems on meltdown.

MooseyMoo · 28/11/2019 16:22

If anyone is after a Nintendo Switch bundle ... I’ve just ordered from Very:

Console, Mario kart and Pokemon Sword £299
Joy cons £64 (not reduced)

If new customer, you can open a credit account and get £50 credit (code is available when creating account). I didn’t do this, instead used a code PAPVJ for £25 off.

Quidco also has 10% cash back but not sure if this will go through with £25 code.

22Giraffes · 28/11/2019 16:25

@Bluewavescrashing sorry for the delay in replying, thank you for the Buyagift help earlier, got what I needed with a discount Smile

Bluewavescrashing · 28/11/2019 16:26

Yay! Glad to be of help 🎅

MyFriendKimberley · 28/11/2019 16:30

Following recommendations on these threads, I purchased The Christmas Gift List app. It has been great for organising lists and I've found it easy to use. I paid £1.99 for it on iOS but they currently have 60% off for Black Friday (I believe it's an iOS offer only but worth checking Android etc. too). At less than £1 it's definitely worth trying. Photos attached to help direct you to the correct app (since so many look or sound the same).

@tinysnickersaremyfavourite do the wack a moles come with batteries? Or will I need to get some to satisfy my family's wacking tendencies? If so, what batteries do they take?

Bluewavescrashing · 28/11/2019 16:32

AAA batteries for whack a mole

Onehellofaride · 28/11/2019 16:33

Very have Fifa 20 for PS4 for £36.99 with free click and collect. Cheapest I’ve seen it!

beadyboo · 28/11/2019 16:50

Please could someone remind me where “whack a mole” came from? Sounds right up my street!

Mistressiggi · 28/11/2019 17:02
