@BeaLola rex london have a couple of designs of their power banks on clearance, £4.95. They will give about one full charge so not the most lengthy charge but a good price,. They look good and come on a key ring. I bought a few for teacher gifts.

Anyone seen a cheap but good popcorn maker? Must be easy to clean! Also popcorn flavourings? I'm presuming that is a thing?

Re popcorn I like the microwaveable silicone one that they sell in Lakeland and also I think various other places - from memory it's called Leuke and it's red - DS finds it easy to use and the maker becomes the popcorn holder whilst you eat. Can't remember how much it costs but wasn't too much - also washes easily and stores away nicely

I've caught up! It's taken me a couple of days. Just ready for the Black Friday bargains. I've bought the whack a moles this morning and the birch boxes. I've no self control.

Just realised that I only have 2 gifts left to buy! Both for boys ages 9-12. I think that’s the trickiest age really. Not quite into toys but not getting into make up or accessories like many girls do at that age. Keeping an eye on TYPO as am thinking stationery.

It has a cutlery drawer at the top instead of a basket so saves loads of room and the rails are adjustable too

When they delivered they said Beko or Bosch were the most reliable brands and rarely had repairs

Whoever was asking about slushy makers, we bought one a few years ago (also in desperation!) but actually it has been very well used by teenage DS, so not necessarily a useless present. Not sure where we bought it from, but I've just looked and it is a Vivo apparently. Would definitely recommend as it;s still going strong despite regiularish use.

Also, be careful to check delivery dates if you're buying Amazon Echos etc - I've ordered one with the clock on the side and have been patiently waiting for it to be delivered, bu just checked status and it's not out for delivery until 28th December!!!

We've had a Beko slimline for 6 years and it's great.
