I agree it needs some colour, MrsM, but other than that it's a lovely house. Has she viewed it yet? That should give some idea of what the noise is like. Worth bearing in mind it'll be louder at night. But if it doesn't put her off, it looks like a good home to grow with.
My name is very 80s, as anyone I've PMd will have noticed
. DS's was also popular in the 80s, dropped off and then popped into the top 100 2 years after he was born. It's currently hanging in at the bottom... The site I looked at also had a section looking at names by age - apparently older mothers tended to go for more traditional names and younger mothers for more modern/hyphenated ones.
We have a very traditional surname, so anything modern just doesn't sound right with it, but I've always loved DS's name ever since DSis brought home her first boyfriend
One DCat has a top 100 name, the other has a name you would be reported to SS for if you gave it to a child!
DSis had problems conceiving, bought a cockapoo and called him her favourite name, then had DN. It took three weeks to pick a name for the baby, he was very nearly named after the dog!
