If anyone is after kid's crafty bits, I have some discount codes for Baker Ross (this weekend only):

£5 off when you spend £29 with 1529WD
£10 off when you spend £59 with 1059WD

PaddingtonBearPumpkinstare · 26/10/2019 13:26

@BigmouseLittlehouse that's appalling, if it arrived damaged surely they have to replace at no extra cost to you?

DaisyChops · 26/10/2019 13:28

Hello fellow bargain hunters, saw a few messages about M&S orders, well, mine was cancelled on the day of collection (Monday) but now the items are back in stock online, I find this really cheeky. However, being totally honest, did I really need the items and could I afford them??? so I've let it lie but I think it's really bad of M&S

BigmouseLittlehouse · 26/10/2019 13:30

@PaddingtonBearPumpkinstare apparently not as I can return at no cost to me! Their customer service is awful. It was still a great offer though and the other stuff is really nice - although I got a bowl each for my two kids so this is annoying.

By contrast I had a huge delivery from amazon the other day( I know bad of me) the driver left it out in torrential rainConfused and lots were rain damaged on the boxes Of the actual gifts and the shipping boxes were falling apart. Anyway contacted amazon just I’d worsting the items damaged and they have refunded me the whole order and said don’t return anythingSmile.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 26/10/2019 13:35

I was in the pound shop this week and they had some lovely gift boxes in (perfect for second hand gifts or small bits and better for the environment than paper) also had multipack of pez sweets and Jurassic world ones. I got dd her fav dinosaur!

and dh's little shop he works in has lol surprise pez dispensers. they are a surprise to which character you get and only £1.49. nice stocking filler for the lol fans!!

now has anyone seen a cheap slytherin dressing gown? but has to be soft but not too thick (dd only likes certain fabrics). and a code for EMP she's seen a slipknot bag she would like too!

lotusbell · 26/10/2019 13:35

I got my M&S order today, thankfully I was in town collecting a Next order when I got the email to say it was in store. Ordered it on the 17th so taken longer than usual.

lotusbell · 26/10/2019 13:36

Have 2 codes for 15% off a £20 Cult Beauty order if anyone still liking them after the £10 off fiasco!

BrightonBB · 26/10/2019 13:45

@Bluewavescrashing - lots of Patisserie Valerie shops closed down when they went into administration. Some stores still seem open but might be worth double checking.

The Playmobil 9264 Advent Calendar 'Santa's Workshop' with Electronic Lantern is currently 13.99 at Amazon. I have watched the price for a few weeks. It was at £20ish pounds, then 15.99 and now £13.99. So it seems like a good price.

Gardenworm · 26/10/2019 13:52

Just had half of my Kite House of Fraser order cancelled 😡

I had a smashed plate from Anthropology; they refunded the price and part postage. However in a separate order where it was a split delivery and somehow the house number didn't appear on the address for one of them they've just said it's an automatic refund once they get the return to sender parcel. Bit crap really.

Bluewavescrashing · 26/10/2019 13:53

Thanks @BrightonBB I will check the one near us is still open. 🍰

Sux2buthen · 26/10/2019 14:13

Thanks @Sux2buthen it’s just the newborn ones they have in stock, I missed out when they went down to £35 😒

WaitWhatOh · 26/10/2019 14:33

MrsWithwithers · 26/10/2019 14:34

@Bluewavescrashing I was in the Body Shop the other day and they said they would be stopping giving £5 credit for recycling bottles at the end of October

Notlongnow1 · 26/10/2019 14:43

Weebarra what is the offer on cook? Thanks

Smileatthesmallthings · 26/10/2019 14:45

Just had my Debenhams beauty calendar delivered - completely unnecessary and all for me Grin

Also had coffee bags and a lovely bunch of Christmassy things from Rex London. Not even sure what else I've got coming now!

I had this naked wines voucher in my Debenhams box - £75 off at least £115 box - if its useful to anyone please use it as I'm already a customer (honestly never had a bad bottle of wine). Don't know if it's one time use or not.

@Whattodowithaminute Have you got K’nex already? My DS loved the K’nex Kids box aimed at 3-5 years at 3/4. The green box.

Changingagain · 26/10/2019 14:59

3 pairs of gloves for under £2 delivered. Not very christmassy and not likely to be great quality but they have good reviews and I think are worth a try at that price.

@PaddingtonPaddington if you have a Costco card or know someone who does, they have some lovely ones in there for around £9.

Guineapig456 · 26/10/2019 15:14

DC just announced they’d like a Lego advent calendar. Are there any bargains out there or have I missed out?
