Thanks @buckeejit for title.

@4yearsnosleep I made the mistake of searching 'magic wand' for my two year old on amazon.
Search results were unexpected and not appropriate for what I had in mind! Grin

Bam bamboo clothing have 20% off everything plus a free pair of socks with each delivery. My children love their trainer socks and have some every year in their stocking.

Ratbagcatbag · 28/10/2019 14:16

Awesome price on Lego duplo my first numbers train.

1/3rd off making it £8.50. Use the code Lego10 and it takes another 10% off too.

@ASpookyUsername I think you’re best not buying smellies for children with eczema. Lots of people swear by Child’s Farm but it causes flare ups for my son. I like Burt’s Bees but know of babies react to it. How about a book or item of organic clothing (softer on the skin)? X

IJustWantToWearDungarees · 28/10/2019 14:33

Blacks have an extra 15% off with FALL15.

Dreamingofwalden · 28/10/2019 14:37

The Book People have some excellent deals on baby books. Smile

Ratbagcatbag · 28/10/2019 14:47

@lolarabbit splendor is a brill card game, definitely more young adults but gets annoyingly competitive. I'd highly recommend.

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 28/10/2019 14:57

Are Smyths likely to do another discount code? Please someone tell me they are. I am a bargain lunatic. I went to buy a tractor for £25, saw the offer for £6 off a £50 spend so decided to spend another £25 to save £6 Hmm I then considered buying a combine for £50 that DS had asked for but I had decided against. I faffed about so much I missed the code so I'm now considering spending £100 without the £12 off. Logic has clearly left the building Blush

PinkJam · 28/10/2019 14:57

Cath Kidston

20% off with code: STARS20

Plus free Velvet Pouch when you spend £40 after discount has been applied

Maiyakat · 28/10/2019 15:00

Kids' kindle fires currently have £30 off. According to camelcamel went slightly lower on black Friday last year, but I had one of the £5 off £25 spend vouchers expiring soon so used that which made it the same price.

Not a bargain but DD loves this advent calendar which is reused every year (they have a non-religious version as well) www.plaidtidings.co.uk/product/nativity-fabric-advent-calendar

Thanks for all the bargains so far, only problem is Lands' End ads are following me round the internet! Wink

PinkJam · 28/10/2019 15:09

@lozabella Boots, Debenhams and John Lewis all currently have about 15% off the Urban Decay palettes. But Boots offer ends tonight not sure about the others.

Restlessinthenorth · 28/10/2019 15:52

@Ilikesweetpeas no sign of my gin either! Bit annoyed about it as I would not have subscribed without that!

Bluewavescrashing · 28/10/2019 15:59

My gruum shampoo bar arrived finally. I'll be interested to see how it compares to the Soul and Soap one I normally use. The multicoloured ebay tights also arrived 😍

We had lunch at Prezzo using the Buyagift voucher. Great value as it was £15 for 2 adults (3 courses plus glass of wine). So we just paid for 2 kids meal deals at 6.75 each on the day.

Just a heads up though, we were downgraded from the a la carte menu to an autumn 3 course set menu, then downgraded again to a separate Buyagift 3 course set menu when I mentioned the voucher. Pretty basic, spag bol, carbonara, pizzas etc. But all very nice. We weren't bothered at all but some people might be, eg if you wanted a meat and potatoes type main course.

Lidl have got their wooden toys in now and there's some lovely stuff - I exercised impressive self-control if I do say so myself.

Also from Thursday they're going to have a non-alcoholic gin for £10 - much cheaper than seedlip!

Thanks for the BAM tip @Skullduggeryfizz . I love their socks too but really resent their P+P so the 20% off made that better.

@Suxurblood2eatuthen
I'm trying to think who would be the ideal recipient of an inappropriate magic wand. Grin

BigEaredBob · 28/10/2019 17:59

Not a bargain but we get the First News newspaper and they have a page where you can vote for top toys this year.

I found lots of good ideas on here I wouldn’t otherwise have known about.

AuchAyeTheNo · 28/10/2019 18:01

Catch Kidston has upto 60% off on some bags etc.

BigEaredBob · 28/10/2019 18:02

We will be travelling a lot over Christmas this year for the first time. Any ideas for presents which will keep a 7 year old and 4 year old entertained in the car?

sleepismysuperpower1 · 28/10/2019 18:11

@BigEaredBob we have this for the back of the car and its great. it means the dc can colour or draw or prop the ipad up to watch a film

AuchAyeTheNo · 28/10/2019 18:11
