Thanks for the sock recommendations folks, I think I might copy @SquintEastwood’s secret Santa and buy some bright ones and mix them up for him!

SkintSanta · 11/10/2019 17:23

@Luxplus I really do like it haha my bank and DH not so much 😂 I’m excited for the next bag to arrive and the rest of the goodies too now. It does seem to be a better result of bag in the baby sizes. The first bag was 86cm and I’ve ordered an 80cm bag and a few (lot of) extra bits in 76/80cm. Great stuff in the sale too!

NightOwl101 · 11/10/2019 18:07

Jumping on the thread now birthdays are done and really want everything done by the start of December so I can enjoy the month doing things with the DC then Christmas shopping.

Wondering if anyone has seen a gin subscription type gift or any ideas on making a gin basket?

I'll be keeping my eyes out for bargains and hopefully posting a lot

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/10/2019 18:10

I think there are some gin posts in the referral thread @NightOwl101

Bluewavescrashing · 11/10/2019 18:27

Do the donut socks come in kiddy sizes? 🍩

SarBear1980 · 11/10/2019 18:31

@NightOwl101 The Craft Gin Club is amazing!! Mine came and we’ve had the most fabulous cocktails two nights now...there are codes on the referral thread 😊

princessbear80 · 11/10/2019 18:33

I’d be really disappointed to receive a box of doughnuts only to open them up and find they were actually socks Blush

Bluewavescrashing · 11/10/2019 18:35

I want to join the craft gin club just for me. Is that bad?? Tonight I'm having rhubarb and ginger gin from the mighty Home Bargains at 7.99 a bottle. It. Is. Awesome.

Must not drink and click tonight 🙄😂 I have a bad reputation for pissed online shopping!

SarBear1980 · 11/10/2019 18:41

Join!! It’s ace...and it’s my present to myself!! I’m going to keep my subscription I love it so much.

Bluewavescrashing · 11/10/2019 18:46

Hmmm I may well do that...

... Creeps off to referrals thread 😀

imsorryiasked · 11/10/2019 18:54

If anyone missed the skyjo game last time it's back down to £8.50 on Amazon lightning deals now.

Yeknom · 11/10/2019 18:56

The craft gin club sounds like my kind of
club too, I think I want in....

livingthegoodlife · 11/10/2019 18:59

@SpirallingThroughAnotherDay I decided to buy the size 12 glittery red doc martens - fingers crossed she likes them!

Just need to sort snow boots Now!

www.amazon.co.uk/Nike-Mens-Revolution-Running-Shoes/dp/B07XCFGDQ7?ref_=mw_olp_product_details

These trainers are a steal at £25 delivered.

Available in different sizes and two colours

LadyNina00 · 11/10/2019 19:26

@buttonmooooon
Thankyou, your post reminded me that I need to get the name tags for ds school bag and wallet.
Loving the wooden personalised gifts too....should make a nice little add on gift for my Mil.

SleeptightDaisy · 11/10/2019 19:36

Those who have bought from Mrssnowballs bubble boutique is there any problem with the bath bombs staining the bath. The colours are very vibrant I'm worried about purchasing in case it stains

ADayAlwaysHasToEnd · 11/10/2019 19:41

Might be a nice make up stocking stuffers for a teenager

rimmel giftset £11

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 11/10/2019 20:00

Just to add. Craft gin club are great. Really unusual guns are sent and the customer service is fab and fast. My gin was building up too much so I ask them if I could change the frequency and they were ‘sure, all sorted’ with one email. It’s like a present to myself throughout the year!

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 11/10/2019 20:00

Unusual GINS not guns. Although I bet there is a subscription for that in the U.S!

flowerpower32 · 11/10/2019 20:18

Another one stuck on Turtle Doves discount, does not seem to appear?

STARE2016 · 11/10/2019 20:28

Lurker here, finally have a bargain to share! My daughter has rollerskates on her wish list. All on amazon/skate hut were around £30/£35 for the type she was after. I was looking on amazon last night at these skates and discovered that if you scroll along to just the EU sizes, they seem a lot cheaper for the size she needs (EU 38). It's for a different colour, but she'll not be worried about that. Hopefully the screenshots will show what I mean & fingers crossed my link works as it's my first attempt! Hope it can help someone, would be nice to return the favour.

Thanks for Dr Martens sale, found a pair for my DS, cheeky I know but does any lovely student have a Unidays code for Dr Marten they could PM me ?

STARE2016 · 11/10/2019 20:32

I've just tried it again and it seems like it might only be a bargain for those who have girls with size 3 or 4 feet at the moment (reviews say to size up) as it's only working for the EU38 pair. Was definitely working for EU 37 yesterday as well though as I was torn between the 2 sizes. Worth keeping an eye on maybe if your child has smaller feet. Sorry!

SomethingOfTheNight · 11/10/2019 20:35

I've pmd you Snooky Smile

Youvegotafriendinme · 11/10/2019 20:42

No issue with the bath bombs or any of her products staining the bath or our skin. They aren’t greasy in any way and leave our skin really lovely and soft. My DS has eczema and his skin isn’t effected by them either
