Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

I must have tried a hundred times to reserve an lol bubbly from Argos with no joy. Can't find one in any store in a 20 mile radius. So frustrating!

imsorryiasked · 27/09/2019 09:27

@TakeMeToYourLiar you can select the birthplace anywhere in the world for a specific date and the constellation changes accordingly.

MeanMrMustardSeed · 27/09/2019 09:31

We bought our soda steam for under £40 during Amazon’s summer sale in July. Bound to be included in Black Friday.

recklessgran · 27/09/2019 09:34

@Takemetoyourliar [and everyone else!] 18% off Red letter days with code PAY18 - some lovely experiences within your budget and tends to be my go to gift these days and always well received.
Hobbs - 20% off full price only code AUTUMN02
L'Occitane Free delivery all weekend.
Kikki-k has 25% off site wide all weekend for members - sign up and you should get the e-mail to activate the offer.
I have codes for 20% off clothing/home etc and 15% off beauty at Debenhams if anyone wants them.[ Doesn't work on the hundreds of concessions sadly but might help someone.] I think they're single use.
Code KH37RHSTZ8 for main store stuff.
Code BJ6228WHT2 for beauty/perfume

Luxplus · 27/09/2019 09:41

@SmallAndFarAway: is it better than Vtech 193703 Kidizoom Selfie Digital Camera

DillieDoily · 27/09/2019 09:43

Bah! After 2 years I finally caved and bought the Spode dinner set. Now wishing I'd ordered 2 at that price! And that I now maybe need the bowls... it's escalating already!

PinkJam · 27/09/2019 09:48

@Restlessinthenorth Same here! Since the Argos sale went live online they have had not stock of the LOL bubbly surprise anywhere near me. So I don’t think they had enough stock - they just wanted the LoL on there to get people excited.

BigmouseLittlehouse · 27/09/2019 10:04

Just wondering if anyone can help me with some ideas for my DS (4) - he has a birthday 5 days before Christmas and all he wants is hatchimals! He doesn’t like the big hatchimals - just the annoying little ones!

Can anyone recommend any hatchimal related presents? My eldest DS was definitely not into stuff like this ( all trucks and Lego!) so I’m slightly out of the loop! I’ve found 30 of them in a box on Argos but that’s about it.

TakeMeToYourLiar · 27/09/2019 10:05

Thanks all!

Has anyone ordered from secret sakes before?

I ordered some stuff, money has gone from bank, order confirmed on website. But no confirmation email?

Thegirlhasnoname · 27/09/2019 10:07

Not sure if it has been mentioned (I’ve got a fair few pages to catch up on!) but KidStart has given me these codes for freebies at M&S. a freebie is always welcome 😁

I've just put a referral code for Saltrock on the referrals page.

PinkJam · 27/09/2019 10:38

@Thegirlhasnoname Thank you, I have logged onto KidStart and it’s given me the codes as well. But I can’t seem to get the “free rituals skincare kit” one to work.

buckeejit · 27/09/2019 10:38

I ordered a couple of photo printed glasses cloths but slightly disappointed with the quality - photos are not that sharp & colours a bit washed out.

If anyone happens to know where I could a decent double sided photo one, I'd be most grateful.

Dr Botanicals is keeping me well up to date. Off to check local Argos for lol bubbly although I hate all the wasted plastic. Bloody dd loves anything lol though 😒

Lurleene · 27/09/2019 10:42

Hi, thanks so much for all the deals so far. I have taken advantage of the Spode and Dr Botanicals and am very grateful.

I have just had an email from Hearst Magazines with info on a payday sale for this weekend only. Some great magazine deals but also some extra savings on their limited edition beauty boxes which are good value and subscription free. See here Payday sale

Bluewavescrashing · 27/09/2019 10:46

Mountain warehouse have free delivery this weekend, up to 70% off in the sale and 10% off if you sign up to emails. All stackable I think. In the accessories section there are nice notebooks, water bottles etc for stocking fillers. I didn't buy anything in the end but it looks good.

PandaAtTheZoo · 27/09/2019 10:53

How do you get 10 Dr botanical cleansing bars for £14.97 including delivery? The 5.99 delivery brings the cost up for me

noodledoodler · 27/09/2019 10:57

Panda, you could try adding a neroli revitalising cream and a rose cream, both should discount to £5 and give you a pop up for the coconut bar, it will add to your basket at full price, then the 50% comes off with code and the other 50% is taken off at checkout so free and you qualify for free postage, hope it works for you. Offer ends tonight BTW.

recklessgran · 27/09/2019 10:58

Oh Gawd the Dr. Botanicals sale has been extended so I might have just placed my THIRD order.
[Thanks to whoever posted - my vegan DD is going to be thrilled!]

PinkDaydreams · 27/09/2019 11:19

I’m struggling to get free delivery also on dr botanicals?

Spiderpants · 27/09/2019 11:23

Thanks for th drB code, picked up some stuff for my mum.

Zillaindie · 27/09/2019 11:25

Thanks for the DrB's recs. I've ordered some soaps, going to group a couple together with the Oliver Bonas bath oil from previous threads to make a little gift set. Works out at under a fiver each for extended family members!

Pay day has arrived so I'm back on the hunt.
Any deals on real Fitbits for DP greatfully appreciated.

From my emails this morning:

Forever21 have a sale on using the code BUNDLEUP - buy one get one 50% off everything.

Pandora currently have a 3 for 2 on jewellery

PinkDaydreams · 27/09/2019 11:26

Morning all!
Wanting to buy toddler (2 years old) a bean bag but not sure which shape. Do I go square and flat or do I go for pear shaped? I can see the benefits of both!
Thanks all!

AdamantEve · 27/09/2019 11:31

The new Nintendo Switch with improved battery life (NOT the Lite version) is currently £259.99 at Very but if you sign up to a new credit account and add the code PAQCR at checkout it takes another £50.00 off making it only £209.99 which I thought was an amazing deal. I ordered last night but postage of about £4 was added too although I think you can get free Collect+
Mine has been dispatched this morning and I’m just going to pay it off in full right away so no interest is charged. Didn’t want to risk waiting until Black Friday in case it doesn’t go any cheaper than this!

EvilHerbivore · 27/09/2019 11:34

@PinkDaydreams I got my DSs beanbags from rucomfy that go in a multitude of positions

Onlyonce · 27/09/2019 11:34

Bighouselittlemouse

My dd has the hatchimal nursery set. Check the entertainer as well as they sometimes have offers on their hatchimal range. Pretty sure there is a hatchimal board game too??
