Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

I've now got the Autumn50 code to work. I was on the wrong website before! Definitely worth trying again. You need drbotanicals.com and choose UK as the country. I have ordered 10 cleansing bars for £14.97 delivered. Will wrap into gift sets with tissue paper 🎁👌

Fuckingfuckssake · 26/09/2019 10:32

In response to the poster asking about Landsend, I've always been impressed with the quality, and I had an order delivered at the start of September, about your return though, if you paid via PayPal and you're registered for it, they (PayPal) will refund your postage costs, I've sent my Didrikson Parka back as the arms were too short and I've had a refund for my postage.

Looking4wards · 26/09/2019 10:34

Thanks for the Dr Botanicals code! Sorted out DM's xmas present Grin

PinkDaydreams · 26/09/2019 10:36

I don’t suppose anyone has seen any bargainous candles please?!

MissRainbowBrite · 26/09/2019 10:51

All F&F clothing at Tesco has 20% off for Clubcard holders until Sunday, could be good for PJ's and slippers etc for gifts.

wibbletooth · 26/09/2019 10:54

Anyone familiar with the DrBotanucals bars - how long do you reckon they last? And how easy/practical would they be to use in a shower that doesn’t have a fixed soap dish —anymore—?

Sorry for all the questions - about to leap, lemming like, over the checkout cliff and then had a moment of panic that they could be a disaster and only last a very short time as I have nowhere to put anything c in the shower these days.

Cheers.

PinkDaydreams · 26/09/2019 11:02

Morning all!
Wanting to buy toddler (2 years old) a bean bag but not sure which shape. Do I go square and flat or do I go for pear shaped? I can see the benefits of both!
Thanks all!

flooredbored · 26/09/2019 11:03

Thanks for Dr B deal. I just ordered lol ootd for £15 from Argos. Can be used like an advent calendar, although I think it is last year's one not the winter disco one.

woodwaj · 26/09/2019 11:10

I dont suppose anyone has a code for Selfish Mother?

friskybivalves · 26/09/2019 11:13

Thank you from me for the DrBotanicals. I have filled my boots very happily.

Who on the thread was after a dashcam? There is one on amazon lightning deals with RRP of £80 down to £33 but then it offered a £5 voucher. Gets vg reviews for quality of footage and ease of installation. Have got it for my DH as for that price it seemed a no brainer.

@wibbletooth I use soap bars in the shower and I have a big shell (as in seashell) to keep them in. Looks pretty too. You can also use one of those flannel mitts to hang them up in. Basically any container that is breathable so they dry out a bit in between washes.

I've had a facial cleanser soap bar since July and it's still hardly shrunk at all. They last ages and are so much better for the environment as opposed to plastic wrapped shower gel etc. I'm currently using up my last couple of shampoos before I switch to shampoo bars. (Apparently it's better to use only shampoo bars once you've started as your hair gets used to them- maybe it's a marketing ploy but hey ho). When I bought shampoo bars they came with a little tin to carry them in if you go swimming or on holiday.

Sunshine196 · 26/09/2019 11:19

John Lewis are price matching sylvanian families. They've got the tram & nursery castle down to £15 each.

BernardBlacksWineIceLolly · 26/09/2019 11:25

That’s my cousin’s posh conditioner, teacher gifts and part of my best friends presents knocked on the head for £27 from Dr Botanicals. Very pleased-thank you!

Gilead · 26/09/2019 11:27

Thank you for Dr. B code. Lots of stocking fillers!

BernardBlacksWineIceLolly · 26/09/2019 11:27

Re bargainous candles PinkDaydreams there were Yankee candles on that clearance shed site

Notlongnow1 · 26/09/2019 11:32

Woodwaj, try FLASHSALE. Should take 25% off?

Who was it after a Boden code?

Tooner · 26/09/2019 11:33

Thanks for the the Dr B code. Are there any soap bars suitable for the face? I would like them for my teenagers instead of buying plastic tubes of facewash all of the time

Tooner · 26/09/2019 11:37

Also, a code popped up for new user MYMASK for a free face mask but is seems you can't use this alongside the AUTUMN50 code

TellMeItsNotTrue · 26/09/2019 11:44

Dr Botanicals
😔 Totally gutted about Dr Botanicals, why did it have to come now when I can't afford ANY spending 😔 I actually use their cleansing bars and I'm running low, I've never seen them priced like this before. Just another kick while I'm already down 😔 roll on next year

I'd definitely recommend their products as great gifts anyway, and if you have a vegan or eco warrior to buy for then I'd recommend them even more. I find they are great for my skin, love that they are vegan (about 90% of my diet is vegan, fully vegetarian, 100% buy vegan products like this) and the bars are better for the environment than liquid plus last longer

At those prices I'd recommend buying for yourself as well as gifts

Wellhellothere101 · 26/09/2019 11:46

I'm thinking I need in on the Spode action but I've searched through this whole thread and can't find a reference to it anywhere! Would someone mind posting details? Thank you so much.

tinysnickersaremyfavourite · 26/09/2019 12:00

I've just looked at the Dr Botanicals. If you prefer not to use palm oil then be aware that a lot of the stuff includes sodium palmate which comes from palm oil. I'm trying to avoid palm oil so I'm not going to order.

Jammiebammie · 26/09/2019 12:00

@TellMeItsNotTrue I was just about to place my dr botanicals order when I saw your post, so I’ve added a couple more of the cleansing bars and I’d be happy to post them to you as a gift.

Thank you to the poster who originally posted the deal (sorry I can’t go back and see who it was!)

woodwaj · 26/09/2019 12:00

@Notlongnow1 thanks but it didn't work Sad

Elphaba17 · 26/09/2019 12:05

Thanks for the DrB code, DH always uses cleansing bars rather than shampoo so got 3 for his stocking for £5.99 delivered.

And for the poster asking about the quality of Lands end clothing, I ordered 2 of the girls squall coats and was delighted with them. Sorry you've had a bad experience though, it's awful when that happens.

tinysnickersaremyfavourite · 26/09/2019 12:05

^^ just adding that it seems to be in the cleansing and exfoliating products but creams and moisturisers don't seem to have it.
