Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

The code for rose oil makes it free, plus p&p as it's currently reduced. Thanks!

EternallyGrapefruit · 25/09/2019 21:49

Someaddedsugar sorry its late... yes, the oils last well! The scents that don't last as long didn't last in original spray form either.

DelurkingAJ · 25/09/2019 21:52

Hurray! Lego set requested for his birthday by DS1 reduced by 20% on Amazon...assume they’re price matching. Got a couple of small sets for stockings or present drawer too. Hurray!

louise5754 · 25/09/2019 22:02

I've not had any bargains yet 😔

1stMrsF · 25/09/2019 22:05

@Fueledwithfairydustandgin a cheap way of buying a Nespresso machine is by doing their subscription offer - you pay an amount per month for 12 months and you get the value of your subscription as credit to buy coffee. The very basic machine (£18 pcm) is great - I actually bought it as a travel machine (we take it on holiday Blush) but when my current machine inevitably dies (it's been going for 8 years though) I'd be happy with the basic one as our everyday one. I love Nespresso, think it s a great combination of real coffee in convenient pods but I know some people are a bit sneery about it so read some reviews and see if it suits you.

itwaseverthus · 25/09/2019 22:14

@MullberryPeony if you don't fancy the tester offered, I just ignore them and they re-offer a different one a few days later. Might be something decent! Hang in there Grin

Rosie2000 · 25/09/2019 22:18

Lol appears to be coming back into stock in. Argos- just got one and email to confirm

BestofLuck · 25/09/2019 22:24

@Fueledwithfairydustandgin rather than a coffee machine I got my dh an Aeropress last year. He says that and the Dutch oven for his 40th are the best things I’ve bought him. Uses it everyday, apparently makes great coffee due to the pressure. Tea drinker myself. Around £27 with coffee from Rountons website.

patm99 · 25/09/2019 22:29

Thanks to who ever said about the topcashback offer for the lego advent calender. Just had to pay P&P.

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 25/09/2019 22:29

Thanks for all the advice so far. If it helps he's far from a coffee snob. Do you find the pods expensive?

cccameron · 25/09/2019 22:29

Thanks so much for the Dr Botanicals code. Got some amazing bargains.

Redwinestillfine · 25/09/2019 22:49

Thanks for Botanical code

SleeptightDaisy · 25/09/2019 23:07

Thanks for the Lego advent and drbotanicals ordered both

SleeptightDaisy · 25/09/2019 23:10

Hobbycraft have 20% off online with the code email20

Ewock · 25/09/2019 23:12

Thanks for the DrBotanicals code picked up 6 cleansing bars for £10 and somehow got a free one on top!
Have just received an offer for the moroccon rose oil, but works out cheaper to use the Autumn50 code and I got another free cleansing bar.

Ewock · 25/09/2019 23:15

Also just joined topcashback for the lego advent calendar offer. Does anyone know how long it takes to show? I've never used it before. Thanks

MoonbeamBonnet · 25/09/2019 23:24

That DrBotanicals code is amazing! Thanks

999caffeineplease · 25/09/2019 23:39

The only thing putting me off DrBotanicals is the £6 delivery! I know it still works out as bargainous but is there any way to bring that down?

Wait ignore me, I've just realised there's a £3 option!

NickMyLipple · 26/09/2019 00:28

Added these (x2) to my botanicals order and they were somehow free?!

I tried adding more but they started charging!

I-spy garden birds book reduced to £1.50 on Amazon Prime. Perhaps a good stocking filler for children or those showing an interest in spotting birds.

@MulberryPeony thanks for the Dr Botanicals code. I’ve just ordered a year’s worth of cleansing bars!

daphine2004 · 26/09/2019 04:00

@Fueledwithfairydustandgin I started a thread a few weeks back as I was in the same situation as you. I received some great advice and recommendations here: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/other_products_chat/3674487-Overwhelmed-by-choice-of-coffee-machines-2019

We ended up with a Delonghi Lattissima Pro (Nespresso pods) from John Lewis. It wasn’t a bargain, but suits our current situation of a four year old and new born. We love it. The only thing that is a peeve for me is that I’d like a longer drink, but we could t get a machine which did those other than the nespresso vertuo and that didn’t have the automatic milk steamer like the one we bought does.

CupoTeap · 26/09/2019 05:45

@MulberryPeony Grin best not to get those two mixed up!
