Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Urgh 😔 can you just stop the thread temporarily please 🙏 unexpected big expenses mean I need to halt my Christmas preparation

I'm really glad I've been able to get some good bits put aside so far, and hopefully you will have some good deals for me when I allow myself to look again 😂 if I see any good deals, I'll pop in with my eyes shut to share them 🤣

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 25/09/2019 17:00

I'm thinking about getting DH a coffee machine. I know nothing about them so any bargains and advice would be welcomed

mogtheexcellent · 25/09/2019 17:00

@Bluewavescrashing the same trains are on ebay for much much less. Im desperate for a christmas train but the only decent one I have seen is expensive.

Chocolateteabag · 25/09/2019 17:04

@Vebrithien - TAKE10 for QVC?

Would anyone like a £10 off £10+ spend at Celtic & Co - I got a card through the door but I won't use it. Postage is still £5 - there are sheepskin insoles for £12 - but not sure I really need them even for £7 delivered?
The referral is £20 off a £70 spend - I've put a link on the referral thread (which is on the Christmas area too for the PP who was asking where it was) But if someone else has a referral link there - use theirs as I'm not sure I want the temptation to spend more there myself!

Tooner · 25/09/2019 17:05

@buckeejit my postage from clearance shed was only 2.99. Are you not in the UK?

FeltCarrot · 25/09/2019 17:07

@Verbrithien code FIVE4U should take £5 off, no minimum spend for new customers. I had one of their beauty boxes in the summer for £20, it was excellent.

bridgetjonesmassivepants · 25/09/2019 17:14

Not sure how long this offer is on for but for £10.90 you get three editions of Great British Food and a free full sized bottle of Marmalade gin. Obviously remember to cancel the direct debit once you have the gin!

Bluewavescrashing · 25/09/2019 17:35

@mogtheexcellent thanks, I have decided to be sensible and not buy the Christmas tree train. I bought some lovely ribbon instead. My Cox and Cox referral is on the Christmas referral thread [santa]

recklessgran · 25/09/2019 17:44

Accessorize sale started online. In store from tomorrow. Code FREEDEL will give free delivery on any order no matter how small.

Whitecandle · 25/09/2019 17:45

bagginses · 25/09/2019 17:54

Couldn't resist the Cox and Cox paper so thank you @Bluewavescrashing for the code. Mine is now on refferals x

Oohh thanks @MyIncapableOne for the Neal's Yard code.

SheStoodInTheStorm · 25/09/2019 17:57

Apologies if already posted and I've missed it! A couple of Costco things, not sure how they compare to prices elsewhere. They also had 2x£20 Nando's cards for £33.

Bridget jones thank you so much for the magazine/marmalade gin offer. What an absolute bargain!

Jammiebammie · 25/09/2019 18:29

I am so so annoyed, my ASOS advent calendar arrived today but someone’s gone through it and stolen everything!! There was a stack of paper at the bottom and some of the empty boxes on top, I’m actually raging. Tried their live chat but it wasn’t working so sent them an email. Has this happened to anyone before??! There was randomly a little packet of smooshed chocolate cereal things too.

Thanks @NotPennysBoat for the topcashback Lego advent tip. I’ve just become a new customer so eligible for the offer, do you know if it will work if I back order the Harry Potter one? And how long does it take for you to get the Cashback? No idea why I’ve never used a cash back site before.

Bluewavescrashing · 25/09/2019 18:29

@bagginses you're welcome. Thanks for using it too, I've got £20 credit now ⭐

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 25/09/2019 18:30

I don't be know Blush I literally know nothing about them

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 25/09/2019 18:31

Sorry that was in reply to @Whitecandle

Amazonmulu · 25/09/2019 18:38

Can someone please post the referral link - I can't seem to find it 🙈

Jammiebammie · 25/09/2019 18:39

Big Hatchimals mystery egg reduced to £19.99 at the entertainer here

stressedmummy23 · 25/09/2019 18:42

Bridget Jones - thank you from me too. The gin, assuming it is full size as they say, is £30 to buy. Makes a nice little present for someone Grin

Sux2buthen · 25/09/2019 18:54

Hoping the Hatchimals can hold that price until Monday 😬I've also got into a pickle this week but can resume shopping next week. Had a huge row (with myself) about the spode plates too. I resisted as I'm the only person in the house that doesn't smash crockery so nobody else would be allowed to use them Grin

Notasyoungasiwas · 25/09/2019 19:02

Ok here's an odd one. Years ago I was given an ornament of yellow and black Labrador's dressed as if they were on a hunt complete with caps and guns. I didn't really like it and accidentally broke it - honestly!! Now that I've got two labs I'd really like to buy it as a gift for my DH but I can't find anything like it! Can anyone help please?
