My C&E box has arrived. I wish I'd bought more tea sets now as for £4 it's an utter bargain! It was going to be my mum's birthday present (January!), but we think we're going to give it to DD's teacher instead as she's allergic to a lot of foods and doesn't drink. But does drink tea!

Anyone who thinks their kid will be into toy story this year, there is talking forky, buzz and bo peep for £13.99 each on amazon. May be worth investing in if toy story is going to be biggest thing this year

Character sale on, things like lego star wars t-shirts for £1.95 and batman pyjamas for £5.95 instead of £12.00

Oh haha you all beat me to it! I got the email from character.com and have got loads of great stuff for £1-3. Gutted didn't have the right size doctor who PJ's but lots of mlp and star wars etc. Quality is usually really good.

Everything selling fast on the character site. Had a basket of 12 items and the majority is now sold out before I checked out so I’ve put the rest back

@AdamBarlowsQuiff you’ve said the quality is usually really good, unfortunately I’ve had a few pairs of pjs from there that were awful! Really thin and bad print quality, I paid full price and defo weren’t worth it

I’ve had lots from there and quality has seemed to be on par with supermarkets and cheaper end of high street.

Definitely not equivalent of Boden or frugi, but good enough.

I only seem to post obscure bargains on here...anyhow English Ballet Co Nutcracker Tickets available at Coliseum London..cheap seats £14 and worth every penny . The seating is quite steep so view is decent and sound travels beautifully. It is a great performance can highly recommend

Thanks for pp for the Rex of London sale. I purchased quite a lot in their sale before christmas and can confirm their items are lovely quality. So I will be purchasing a few more bits for this year.
These threads helped me so much last year and after a rocky start to this year with my dh being made redundant any savings will be greatly appreciated.

Oh no @pinkdaydreams that's a pain. I've only had one ropey pair which unfortunately were for a gift, they were a football set and were v thin and cheap looking. I've had some brilliant Disney etc ones though which were nice thick cotton. Fingers crossed for my next order then!
