Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

If I’m honest, I’m really surprised the Elemis orders worked! I was sure it was a glitch they wouldn’t fulfil but I’m thrilled they have!

Elemis beautifully gift wrapped but in a really big box - I think whoever packed it thought "there you go cheapskate! Now you've gotta find something else to fill it with!"

@ritzbiscuits thank you so much for the book recommendation that is exactly the sort of thing I wanted so I have ordered from Amazon and I might have also bought a wine tasting day to go with it further to an earlier suggestion.
I love this thread - talk about take the stress out of Christmas.

I got the handwash too, such a bargain and beautifully packaged. Is it odd to gift a handwash? I can get my head around a set with hand cream etc but I'm debating if it would be a strange present then I can keep it myself

I got an Elemis handwash as my secret santa present last year. I was a bit 'meh' when I received it, but I loved it everytime I used it and it lasted for ages, so it was a lovely present in the end. I'm giving mine to a friend and to my godmother, both of whom we just buy little tokens for each other.

Not a gift box as in its plain white with Elemis on the front & the delivery label but quite discrete & pretty tissue paper inside.

My Elemis hasn’t been packed very nicely - the tissue is just shoved round the bottle and the samples rattling around loose. I had two separate orders and they’re both the same. Plusone has an invoice and one doesn’t. If I’d paid full price and postage I’d def be complaining. As it is I’ll let it pass this once 😂 The exotic fruits one smells gorgeous.

Thanks everyone. I've just had an order delivered and it was in a gift box inside the box that alexanderhamilton posted. However that was the order I was able to select gift boxing for so think my other order will be just like the photo above.

One of my Elemis packages came in a gift box , the other didn’t.
I hadn’t realised you could get a gift box on the first order, so no Elphaba17 it won’t come with one if you haven’t ticked it at check out.

wencheleda If you can get the Harry Potter train for £45 through Very by opening a credit account (that you can pay in full), I’d jump at that to be honest. The very best price I’ve ever got was on the Toy Story train back in 2011 (£40 from £80), and the Harry Potter Lego will definitely hold its value (some people buy two sets, one to build and one to save, as you should see the prices some of the first run go for!). If you can stretch the budget by £10, it would be a great deal for a brand new Lego train set.

Probably no track with it though, there wasn’t with the Hogwarts Express I bought about 7 years ago.

I've found a code for very to get the £30 but it looks as if you pay full price and they credit your account with the £30 afterwards. But can I then remove that money from the Very account?
