Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

@snowmanshoes how old is your DD? There are hello kitty polishes with the bottle in the shape of a cats head but might be a bit young.

Mary1935 · 04/11/2018 07:14

Hi can anyone recommend a good drawing book for an 8 year old girl please. Thanks

henhausfrau · 04/11/2018 07:28

Late to the Ravenclawer party, but I got DS a great personalised Ravenclaw keyring from Etsy last year.

BreadAndButterDreamer · 04/11/2018 07:31

@SockEatingMonster thank you for thinking of me when you saw the ducks!! Very much appreciated Flowers

BreadAndButterDreamer · 04/11/2018 07:32

I walked past Hawkins bizarre yesterday and they had a full wall of Harry Potter merchandise. I know a lot of people ask on here about where to find. I didn’t see exactly what was for sale, just that there was so much of it! Grin

Notlongnow1 · 04/11/2018 07:34

@NickMyLipple The Ordnance Survey Puzzle Book is cheaper at The Book People

Notlongnow1 · 04/11/2018 07:36

Not sure that link worked for some reason but search for Ordnance Survey on the Book People website and it's £4.99 plus an extra 15% off with HOLLY15

@Mary1935 we bought this to keep DD7 busy in restaurants on holiday - we all ended up having a go! I've since bought a couple more for the present box.

Not seen this mentioned before:
Silver by Mail

Good quality sterling silver jewellery - I've bought for myself and as presents before.

Currently 25% off with the code WS925 (not sure when it ends though).

Thank you to everyone for all the bargains so far. Picmi pops reduced from £5.99 to £2.99 in smyths. Check online Re stock at your local store. My ds10 loves these & for those who don’t know they are a small scented cuddly animal about palm size

FireflyGirl · 04/11/2018 08:54

Harry Potter hats, gloves and scarves in the different houses, starting at £2.99 on eBay. I haven't ordered, so can't vouch for the quality.

FireflyGirl · 04/11/2018 08:56

Harry Potter Scrabble £21.95 on Amazon.

ipswichwitch · 04/11/2018 09:05

Chimchar looks like you can get that same Body Shop deal online with the code GIFT4ME - a £20 free gift with £30 spend (just seen on Hot Uk Deals)

xTinkerhellx · 04/11/2018 09:08

@BreadandButterDreamer Hawkins Bazaar are on my hit list.

They have Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Hogwarts everything and not a single Ravenclaw product.

I curse them everything I walk past.

BreadAndButterDreamer · 04/11/2018 09:12

I don’t even like Harry Potter but saw all the ‘stuff’ yesterday and thought ‘I must post this on mumsnet!’

Hello ladies.

I have been following this thread for a while and hoping (by some miracle) someone has seen any codes for Harry Potter Lego please!

gaggiagirl · 04/11/2018 09:43

Home bargains have giant lolly pop surprise toys. They are about 3ft I think. £7.99 and the lolly at the top is full of plastic tat. They would look very impressive wrapped up.

DiscombobulatedWomble · 04/11/2018 09:50

I also have a single use ELC £10 off £60 spend for anyone interested
