Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

This is all the Lego they had in B&M. Amazon is still slightly cheaper on most things at the moment I think.

They also had Harry Potter heat changing mugs for £3.99 and Harry Potter playing cards.

Does anyone have a code for Wonderbly or for another nice personalised Christmas story book?

buckeejit · 09/11/2018 15:37

@SweetPeaPods the white company only ever have 15-20% off ime. Would also rec the winter oil which is £8, (was £6 until last year Hmm). I use it on pine cones instead of pot pourri& love it

LutherRalph1 · 09/11/2018 15:41

Alanamackree · 09/11/2018 15:43

NoSquirrels · 09/11/2018 16:10

Also sitting on hands not to buy the HP Lego train! That is a brilliant price for it...

Jammiebammie · 09/11/2018 16:30

I’m toying with the hogwarts train too.

I’ve actually hit a wall with buying, I’ve done my lists and hardly have anything, even though I thought I did! But I don’t know what to get now Confused... someone slap me please Grin

All I’ve bought today was a little Thor Lego set for £13 on amazon for dd3.

Sorry to a pp who asked about funko pops, the only reason I knew it was fake was because I had the real one previously (from pop in a box) and some of the paint details and age rating were really different, the quality didn’t seem as good either.

NoWordForFluffy · 09/11/2018 16:46

@IHeartKingThistle, M&S had large boxes of dessert chocolates, I think they were called, for £5 (half price). Their 1kg Belgian biscuits are half price at £7.50 too.

And their yummy cranberry and clementine Buck's Fizz is reduced to £4 from £6. It's lovely stuff!

Taffeta · 09/11/2018 17:18

I’ve had to drive for many miles to get a Body Shop advent calendar for DD - they’re sold out nearly everywhere round here, and online.

ILovePandas · 09/11/2018 17:21

Does anyone have a spare M&S code?

DieDieFrickenDie · 09/11/2018 17:47

@ihopeyouwitchesareready i got little plastic dishes from home bargains last year for Santa's mince pie and carrot. Not tree shaped unfortunately but nice Christmas designs and no more than £1 each. Hopefully they may have something similar instore this year.

Tesco are doing half price photo cushions, has anybody had these before? Do they come filled or is it just the cover?

SweetPeaPods · 09/11/2018 17:48

Thanks buckeejit

quietly1 · 09/11/2018 17:50

Nerf Modulus Regulator is £25 on Amazon, lowest ever price Smile

SimplyPut · 09/11/2018 17:50

@IHeartKingThistle M&S continental and Italian chocolates are half price. £5-9 range.

Lovelylovelysleep · 09/11/2018 17:50

@ILovePandas I'll pm you

IHeartKingThistle · 09/11/2018 17:51

Thanks for the M+S tip. We don't have an M+S that close though, and I can't find any half price online?

margaritasbythesea · 09/11/2018 17:56

Does anyone know why I can´t add another pair of gloves to my Turtle Doves Lucky Dip order? If I put another pair in the basket it cancels the Lucky Dip pair.

ILovePandas · 09/11/2018 18:16

Thank you @Lovelylovelysheep!!

sepsisandAKI you are a star, that's my picky father sorted. CCC says that's the best price so I jumped on it

Elphaba17 · 09/11/2018 18:44

Those green and black chocolate boxes are the same price at Tesco too.

Bangwhistlepop2 · 09/11/2018 18:44

@Iheartkingthistle M&S have large tins of their Swiss Chocolate assortment for £5 reduced from £10.

Equimum · 09/11/2018 18:49

I ordered Bugs in the Kitchen game for £14 on Amazon this morning. Nearly bought it as part of the argos 3for2, but did better that way.

I did succumb to the Argos offer, though, and got two smallish Lego sets and a big pack of play doh. The play doh is a filler for DS2, and the Lego is birthday presents for DS1s friends.

imsorryiasked · 09/11/2018 19:04
