Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

@MyNameIsNotSteven you need a sparks card. And lots of points, usually 5000 = 20% off voucher

I've only just realised why its called a sparks card. Blush

mycatislickingherpaw · 08/11/2018 14:28

The exchange about discounts for oranges made me laugh out loud, thank you!

pipandposy · 08/11/2018 14:43

I have over 5000 points and I'm just getting offers for dips, potatoes and car insurance (I don't drive!)...

pipandposy · 08/11/2018 14:44

Oh, and the car insurance offer is a 'treat' apparently.

PiggeryPorcombe · 08/11/2018 14:56

I’ve got car insurance as a treat as well Angry

I’d love a 20% off code if anyone’s got a spare one?

margaritasbythesea · 08/11/2018 15:00

Yep. Definitely what I do when feeling down and in need of a treat. Brand new car insurance policy.

I was in Marks this morning wanting to buy biscuits and this was the one time I could have used a food discount but didn't have one. It's ALWAYS a blooming food discount!

Lurleene · 08/11/2018 15:35

I just picked up a Match Attax 2019 annual in Poundland. The RRP is 7.99. I would have felt ripped off if I spent that but a pound was ok!

McAvennie · 08/11/2018 15:46

PiggeryPorcombe Have got 2 codes if you could make use -

GWEE-L546-2Y96-YK24
GVJR-UB8Y-983U-WYNK

mmmgoats · 08/11/2018 16:00

Does anybody want a fatface new season code? 15% off new collection

smartiecake · 08/11/2018 16:07

Does anyone have a free delivery code for the book people?

PiggeryPorcombe · 08/11/2018 16:08

Thank you @McAvennie but it’s telling me those codes have expired or can’t be used on my items? I’ve got boxers and dressing gowns in my basket?

Drummingisfun · 08/11/2018 16:27

I just checked my sparks.
I've got the car insurance 'treat' and £5 off bras. Sad
I never get anything good!

Drummingisfun · 08/11/2018 16:29

Someone on a previous thread wanted a doll pram.
Lidl have them, Bayer brand for a tenner. We have a bayer pushchair which is sturdy and good quality.
Also a doll for a tenner which seemed ok.

Drummingisfun · 08/11/2018 16:31

Also in lidl from today :
Wooden train sets, various expansion packs and extra vehicle packs.
Toy drills and circular saw, children's easel, lots of play food, plastic play crockery. Lots of other stuff but I can't remember it all.

DillieDoily · 08/11/2018 17:02

A1 Toys have Lego advent calendar for £17.99 (only free postage over £40 though)
calendar

McAvennie · 08/11/2018 17:03

Sorry @PiggeryPorcombe I don’t know why they wouldn’t have worked - only opened the email this afternoon and it says they’re valid until Monday 12th Confused

Unless someone else has seen them on the thread? Probably should have PMed you first before posting, sorry!

DillieDoily · 08/11/2018 17:03

Can anyone recommend a good, personalised Christmas book?

NoWordForFluffy · 08/11/2018 17:21

Is now the time to brag that I have a pathetic biscuit discount on my Sparks card?! 😂

Thread 9 - My son's would have loved that not so much the kinky sparklyness
PiggeryPorcombe · 08/11/2018 17:30

@McAvennie yes I think someone else used them. Another lovely poster has pm’d me with a code and it worked so alls well that ends well Flowers

thaegumathteth · 08/11/2018 17:30

Argh I’ve just bought ds a £50 advent calendar - not bargainous at all! It’ll come out of his overall Xmas budget but I didn’t think it’d be reduced before 1/12....it’s the funky pop Harry Potter one.

selfidentifyinggiraffe · 08/11/2018 17:32

Anyone know of any discount codes for the entertainer? Even student ones...

I saw they have block tech calendars for half the price of Lego ones if anyone doesn't care about branding

weebarra · 08/11/2018 17:37
