Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

I've just seen on Argos the puppy surprise (including the unicorn) are £19.99

MinorRSole · 09/10/2018 08:31

@WoahBodyforrrrm I rang the store and they had no idea why they weren't in or what was going on. The lovely lady I spoke to has ordered them from another store and is going to call me when they're in. Argos get a bad rep for customer service but she couldn't have been more helpful

MinorRSole · 09/10/2018 08:31

Ps glad you got yours - mine are for twins too Smile

I ordered that, Firefly! Decided I needed the book, so may as well make the most of the deal! I ordered when it was bonus cash back on Quidco, so got an extra £2.50 on top!

I’m still holding out for a six issues of good house keeping with a free Emma bridgewater mug or something similar like last year. I loooove my Emma bridgewater mug and have been using it all year round!! Gives me a cosy Christmas feeling even in summer! So if anyone spots a deal like that I will be very grateful!! Would buy the one with the book but I have too much clutter, including lots of Christmas recipe books! A mug on the other hand can not be classed as clutter!

margaritasbythesea · 09/10/2018 09:42

Squishies are half price in The Works today.

Chrisinthemorning · 09/10/2018 09:51

@Christmascookies
Me too- I ordered both Grandmas the GH and gave the mugs as teacher presents- they went down very well!
The year before was Joseph Joseph mixing bowls. Not impressed with a recipe book.
I am going RL shopping today as have a free day- excited!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 09/10/2018 10:00

Ah the Emma Bridgewater JJ bowls are still going strong in my house! They have been excellent ...as are the EB mugs! I’m not settling for a poxy cookbook Wink

LoudestRoar · 09/10/2018 12:00

My local Asda had these Yankee Candle items for £3 each. Bargain when the candles are normally £10!

SleeptightDaisy · 09/10/2018 12:42

Has anyone seen any offers on Lottie dolls?

FireflyGirl · 09/10/2018 13:16

See, I'd rather have the cook book than a mug. We don't drink many hot drinks in our house! Do love my JJ bowls, though.

Sleep tight they had Lottie dolls in my local TKMaxx.

FireflyGirl · 09/10/2018 13:20

Sleeptight - 25% off on the Lottie site with SAVE25.

NoWordForFluffy · 09/10/2018 13:26

I actually wanted the cookbook so I'm happy.

If they do another offer with a useful gift I'll think about a gift subscription!

Chrisinthemorning · 09/10/2018 13:58

Do we think there will be M&S 20% off at some point- my mum wants a dressing gown.
RL shopping successful- Cath Kidston sale for kids wallets and a travel wallet for me.
Got myself a dressing gown in Debenhams- also sale. Started on stocking fillers.

MsMiaWallace · 09/10/2018 14:14

Does anyone have a Cath Kidston code please? I think I missed it?

PurpleOctober · 09/10/2018 14:24

Body Shop has a sale and you can get 30% off with code: 14317

Gift sets usually £20 are £10 in the sale, + 30% off = £7

itsonlysubterfuge · 09/10/2018 14:49

Chrisinthemorning I got 20% off M&S coupons in the mail today.

Smellybears · 09/10/2018 14:50

@PurpleOctober it’s not taking the discount off sale items? Am I doing something wrong?

Smellybears · 09/10/2018 14:51

Sorry ignore that, I typed the last two numbers the wrong way round! 😳

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 09/10/2018 15:00

The Body Shop code doesn’t work on sale items

PurpleOctober · 09/10/2018 15:03

@IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece it does for me - it's not the code on the banner of the website though

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 09/10/2018 15:05

This comes up when I apply it
