Woodwaj - Thanks. I'll look into that. I don't think she is cheeky just rich and from a culture where birthday presents are huge. I shouldn't have asked really. And now I don't want to look mean!

margaritasbythesea · 29/08/2018 11:28

But obviously want to be...

LexieLulu · 29/08/2018 11:45

@Pearlton this works have 500-1000 piece jigsaws for about £5 (we bought some for a caravan holiday we went on recently)

imsorryiasked · 29/08/2018 11:49

@margaritabythesea I've no idea what age the boys are or what's "cool" but Amazon have Aven Colony (PS4) 12 cert for £15? (Or the Harry Potter lego one but that's delivery on Friday)

Reastie · 29/08/2018 11:50

Also debating between tinc and smiggle for advent calendars. Dd is obsessed with smiggle but it’s such a rip off there. Experience of tinc has been good so off to google last years calendar

imsorryiasked · 29/08/2018 11:51

@Pearlton what's your budget?

imsorryiasked · 29/08/2018 11:59

@Pearlton how about this one for the adult.
And this one for the children? (Depending on age)

Dolceandgabbana14 · 29/08/2018 12:02

Everything in Claire's Accessories is buy three get three free but it's all ridiculously expensive to start with

Pearlton · 29/08/2018 12:10

Thanks for the ideas everyone. Those puzzles for children in a tin are cute! I will check out Aldi and Lidl. I don't really have a budget in mind although obv I don't want to spend too much, it's harder to find bright colours since all the puzzles I was looking at before were a bit gloomy! so thanks everyone these suggestions are great Smile

princessbear80 · 29/08/2018 12:20

Nike have a buy three items get 20% off offer with code BACK2IT. Might be good for teenagers wanting expensive tracksuits and trainers.

Alanamackree · 29/08/2018 12:38

L’Occitane flash sale for 24 hrs

SockEatingMonster · 29/08/2018 12:47

@margaritasbythesea there’s a money saving expert Amazon search tool that allows you to browse discounted items. I’ll try to link in just a moment.

This link should take you to discounted PS4 games sorted by lowest to highest price.

SockEatingMonster · 29/08/2018 12:47

WreckTangled · 29/08/2018 13:12

Oh the smiggle one is cheaper than the tinc one 🤔 I'm not sure what to do now

JurassicGirl · 29/08/2018 13:28

DD9 had the smiggle calendar last year & loved it.

Saying that she's asked for Lego Friends this year rather than having another Smiggle one which I offered.

LavateLasManos · 29/08/2018 13:34

The knowledge is power PS4 game on the link sock posted is great fun, you can use smartphones as a controller too so more people can join in

margaritasbythesea · 29/08/2018 13:37

Thanks sockeatingmonster and imsorryiasked.
I´m sure I´ll find someting there.

Jammiebammie · 29/08/2018 13:57

Thanks for the smiggle contents @chocoholicmumma
I think it’s actually pretty crap value, they often do 5 items for £5 so I think I’ll get the star ward Lego one and get some smiggle bits for her stocking!

WreckTangled · 29/08/2018 14:07

I think I'll get the tinc one out of principle Grin

Pondering1 · 29/08/2018 14:11

Just got a good bargain - this site has full sized kids teepees in blue, pink and grey for £26.99, plus free delivery and another 15% off if you subscribe to the newsletter.
I nearly bought one for £80 the other day, glad I didn't!

margaritasbythesea · 29/08/2018 14:46

Yes thanks for posting the smiggle contents link. It´s decided me against it too.

margaritasbythesea · 29/08/2018 14:47

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 29/08/2018 14:51

The eBay shop music magpie has buy one get one 50% off on lots of dvds. I just bought 4 monster high dvds for dd1 for £5.75.
