They're probably not "professional" standard, but H&M have leotards

imsorryiasked · 30/08/2018 11:49

Thornton have 3 x £10 boxes for £20

flutterbean · 30/08/2018 12:00

@SockEatingMonster I paid £7.99 for Exploding Kittens from China. Took a little while to arrive but they seem absolutely fine. Came packaged in the box and all wrapped up nicely, good quality cards and all the pictures/writing are clear and easy to read.

Though I've not seen the 'genuine' set of Exploding Kittens cards I don't think there would be that much difference in the two!

Youvegotafriendinme · 30/08/2018 12:24

imsorry thanks for the link. Fingers crossed they don’t expire by Christmas!

Singingitoverandoverandover · 30/08/2018 12:44

Pandora outlet sale and extra £20 off if you spend £120 (SUMMER20)

here

SockEatingMonster · 30/08/2018 12:48

Thanks @flutterbean, that looks promising. They’re for DS (9) who won’t have heard of them and won’t really care if they are not perfect so long as the game is still fun to play.

Spam88 · 30/08/2018 13:22

Must resist the urge to buy any more happyland... I would let the in laws know in case they want to buy her any but I think the general consensus is that I'm crazy for buying presents so early.

implantsandaDyson · 30/08/2018 13:47

teaorwine I got leotards from Decathalon for one of my dds a few years ago - they did the job. Funny enough her younger sister had them on yesterday as part of a very complicated dress up escapade Grin

hlr1987 · 30/08/2018 15:53

On a completely unrelated note, my dp is writing a song with his "band" with a line about revenge in. I may have just sneakily changed the lyric to "revenge penguin is a gift best served cold". Can't wait to see how long it takes him to notice.

hlr1987 · 30/08/2018 15:56

Also, my local m&s have been reducing all the older (but still good) bottles of flavoured alcohol to half price. So I have minced pie martini for £8 and other bottles I normally end up paying £12-18 pounds for.

Duckyneedsaclean · 30/08/2018 16:00

The Entertainer has lots very reduced in the sale. Well over half price on a lot of it.

The happyland bus is currently £15.99 on Amazon which is the lowest it has been. I had it on alert even though I bought it last year.

whereisthatpenguinfrom · 30/08/2018 16:32

anotherangel this is the hotel chocolat end of season sale

hot chocolate 50% off

The end of season 48 chocs in a box are a good deal. It varies as ti what you get. Having tasted more than a few today my box has milk/white/dark hazelnutty praline types so far...

I did add a few full price bits in, my absolute fav are these

salted espresso martini

whereisthatpenguinfrom · 30/08/2018 16:33

that should be hotel chocolat in the link, obvs

Smellybears · 30/08/2018 16:34

What do you make of the Chuckle Ball? Little one will be 11 months at Christmas and I’ve read mixed reviews about it. Found them in aldi and the entertainer for £10.

Alanamackree · 30/08/2018 17:22

Poundland have those flow ring thingies (I’m sure they have a proper name) and quote pencils. I’ve seen both in posher shops for considerably more than £1.

Notlongnow1 · 30/08/2018 17:26

Will look at EduTopix site, hadn't heard of it so thanks! And just wanted to add that we recently got the words and your Heart book mentioned as a Freebie (as part of the Works 10 for £10 deal) and it's such a beautiful book 😍

wornoutboots · 30/08/2018 17:38

LexieLulu My daughter is 3 and I got her this in the summer www.studio.co.uk/shop/en/studio/kids/kids-toys/kids-toys-dolls-and-prams/personalised-dolls-stroller-navy

She loves it, especially because it has her name on. It's definite!y HERS not one handed down from her brothers which is a source of wonder for her.... And for £4.99 it's well worth it. It looks nicer in reality than on website too

Curious2468 · 30/08/2018 17:45

Are the 48 hotel chocolates individually wrapped? Thanks

whereisthatpenguinfrom · 30/08/2018 17:46

should have said above, there are also a bunch of codes online for free delivery on hotel chocolat, try

FREEDELIVERY52

also there is 40% off for new members - try Firstbox - I can't use this as clearly not a new member so don't know whether it works

also WELCOME114 to get 10% off - any member - seems to work

whereisthatpenguinfrom · 30/08/2018 17:46

the way the 48 chocs are wrapped, is in packs of 2, plain black with white writing - so 24 packs, they come in a card box

Dolceandgabbana14 · 30/08/2018 17:55

My Hotel Chocolat order arrived today as well! Best before date mid November, so no good for Christmas but fine for birthdays etc. Codes stacked when I placed my order, I got half price in the sale with 10% off and free delivery using the codes in the last few posts ^

Curious2468 · 30/08/2018 17:56

Perfect, thinking they make nice quality advent calendars for me and hubby lol. Are the dates good?

InTheRoseGarden · 30/08/2018 18:02

FYI the 48 chocolate packs have really bad reviews, reason being lack of variation. That might be ok depending on what you want them for but I thought I should say (because it put me off!).

InTheRoseGarden · 30/08/2018 18:03

Also lots of dark chocolate (which I can't stand).
