I’m never selling much wanted Xmas items on fb again. One year at peak Disney’s Frozen, my preorder had cocked up so the company redid it. I ended up being delivered and charged for two sets of Disney Frozen dolls.

Being nice I put the other set on a FB page at cost and said if no interest I’d return. I nearly caused a riot Blush

I even got a hate pm from someone selling hers for £150 saying I was making her look bad!

Has anyone seen any good bargains on Lego Star Wars (for my DH!)? Want to spend up to £40ish but would rather get a better/bigger set that’s been reduced down to that.

I may not make it back from my trip.

I have to go to one of glasgows biggest shopping centres to pick up dds new trainers, ikea at the other one for a Xmas tree, into the centre to collect my Liam Gallagher ticket for Monday night and then out to parkhead for the football. With the 13yo in tow. And it's Saturday.

Someone please tell me it will be ok

You’re a braver woman than me Reastie! I’m near Glasgow so know exactly the logistical horrors that await! Saying that we are attempting Costco this afternoon because, you know, how bad can it be on a Saturday afternoon, in December, on pay weekend..... ? Confused Lambs to the slaughter!

I did ikea last Saturday afternoon and it was ok, so you might be ok there RJ.

I also have to go out and locate and buy a new tv. Mine has gone kaput.

Seriously could this not have happened last weekend at Black Friday!

Boots are doing no 7 deals every day. Yesterday they had lipsticks and glosses for £5 today it's a £5 brow kit. Nice gifts for teen /friends as it's good qiality make up, perhaps not the most exciting brand but well worth it.

Milton brown also appear to have daily offers. 15% off candles today although I don't appear to have had an email yesterday so no idea what that was.

has anyone seen offers on my little ponies? took my twins to hospital yesterday and my daughter saw (think its fluttershy) yellow pony with pink hair and fell in love with it. couldn't afford it as they wanted £19 for it but we told her maybe father Christmas would bring it for her for being good at the hospital. my son then announced he would love a book about planets for father Christmas - he is 4 but lots of issues so no where near reading or anything. any suggestions?

thanks for book recommendations - I shall have a look. not really wanting to spend much as I'm not convinced he will even look at it but at the same time its the only thing he has asked for.
@RJnomore1 don't really have a budget? I'm done really for them but she was so good and just really wanted it so as cheap as possible (I'm sure they are cheaper than £19). it was a cuddly one x
