Woolovers jumpers arrived today and are lovely - v good quality and quite thick. But sizes are v generous - so I have just gone on the site again and ordered the same but a size down (the offer ends on Monday I think) and will be returning these ones. Obvs have to pay the £3.50 postage but it is still a bargain as they are super lovely.

One of the jumpers is for dh, the other is for me. I ordered a small - I am a size 10 normally and it is very generous on me, but that is fine as I wanted a big, snuggly-type jumper. I intend to raid my button box and sew some quirky buttons on it to make it a bit more individual. Not to everyone’s tastes, but someone else might fancy this idea!

My Woolovers jumpers arrived today and I'm very pleased with them - thanks to whoever posted about them. I've compared one of them to another item in the same size and it is a couple of inches bigger however I'm wondering if it is to allow for shrinkage, as the washing instructions are very specific (no hotter than 30, must be slow spin etc). Anyway, I think they'll be great for the person I've bought them for. Bargain!

This is my Lovely Dad trying his Jumper on! Bought in XL, He described it as a Thin, Good Quality jumper with a good weight! (If that makes any sense haha ) Would be suitable on its own or with a shirt underneath! Nice length on sleeves too, as he finds the sleeves are normally quite short!

I would like a Lakeland code if anyone has one they are not going to be using and doesn't mind sharing

Scoleah is your dad quite tall? Want to get the jumpers for my dh, he's 6 ft 5 with very long arms, not sure if so will do? Thanks

If the Lakeland code is money off I would appreciate one as I need new roasting pans for Christmas Day - and a money off code is just the excuse I need to splurge

My dad is about 5”10 pushing 15.5stone normally buys and XL and as you can see fits him Lovely (he’s happy to model & answer any questions you all have lol)

Said the arms fit fine on the XL and he has long arms, he said with the height he would say XXL to compensate for the arm length! @Rosie2000

Herebemonsters You could try contacting Boden and explain you received voucher today but it's already past it's expiry date. I expect they would honour it. Boden's customer service is excellent.

@TweetTweety if you search on amazon they have loads of metal bottles which keep drinks really cold or lovely and hot - my girls had them last year and they are still going strong - they come in nice colours as well!

scoleah that's super helpful thanks, ans thanks to your dad too. He is almost the same size as OH and I'd probably have ordered L, but if XL fits your dad then that should be right.

Hmm. I've just done a recce of Oh jumper drawer to check sizes. And discovered that he has about 15 already. So probably doesn't really need any more then. Bah, now I need a new present idea!

I also received a Boden voucher today dated to finish yesterday !

My woolovers jumpers are absolutely lovely! I ordered a medium (well, 4 mediums!) My dad is a medium currently edging towards a large (he put on weight after surgery so will be going back to the gym to go back to a medium!) and it’s a smidge tight so will be perfect when he’s back to a medium!

Basically...they seem true to size!
