My husband is at home for six weeks because I'm recovering from surgery and can't lift (my toddler). I'm glad I finished my Christmas shopping a while ago (it's just the odd twitch now)

Just got a second lot of double up vouchers in a different Sainsbury’s store. I’ve had £80 of homeware and £80 of clothing, as well as £40 on all the other depts. I have cleared out my Nectar points but see no point in keeping hold of them when I can double my money on stuff I’d be buying anyway at some point through the year.

The woolovers jumpers are huuuge, whoops, do you think they might shrink in the wash? They look and feel lovely though.

My local asda had x2 lol big surprise balls just at the end of the aisle security tagged to within an inch of their lives! Might b worth just popping in if u are after one. Their own wooden dolls house is down to £28 plus various furniture sets reduced. I can highly recommend this. We've had ours a year and its played with daily and its stood up to my heavy handed children .

Woolovers jumpers arrived yesterday. Excellent service, I only ordered on Wednesday! I haven't checked how big they look next to any of DH's other jumpers, must do that. But the quality looks great for the price.

There's no deal on the L'Occitane candles. Just that they're lovely, only £9 and support education for women, so make a nice present. And come gift boxed on request.

Just got Thomas minis advent calender from Asda online reduced and then 25 percent off so 22.50. Might help someone. It looks like they have it on lots of their advent calenders on offer. It only works through asda home.

A few threads ago lots of people were ordering these plastic bowl type of things that small children spin in/step on/use as tortoise shells. Can somebody remind me what they were called please can’t remember the name or the website.

The jumpers looked big in the wrapping. Hope I don't need to swap them; not so much of a bargain. Didn't have time to look at them properly before heading out, however.
