Craftymama, I'd suggest an activity advent. In each little box you put in a note saying what they will be doing that day. Things can include seeing santa, putting up christmas tree, baking, christmas crafts. On days you don't get much time you can put a little note saying look in a certain place and there have hidden a new christmas book, or socks or pjs etc. Last year I had a playmobil and an activity advent and they were supposed to take it in turns to open each one, but my 5 year old only wanted to open the activity one, he loved it so much.

craftymama - mine are older now but when they were younger I put those glowstars that you can stick on the ceiling, hair clips and bobbles, Lego minifigures, novelty erasers, jumping beans etc in calendars.

carrie it went down to £14 something on amazon last week but has gone back up since. Might be worth keeping an eye for a week or so in case it drops again. Other than that I’ve only seen it full price- match attax advent calendar this is!

@carrie76 I ordered the Match Attax advent calendar from Amazon it was £14.53. Maybe watch it for a while, it may well come down in price again and you still have time to wait for a bargain.
