Not much to report today - been very busy, need to catch up on threads!

Thank you to the poster on one of the previous threads who told me about the bus wrapping paper in WhSmith for my little bus fan - I went and bought it today and it's great.
Has anyone come across any Christmas flamingo wrapping paper anywhere?!

Can somebody talk to me about the "Lost my name" books? DS saw an advert for them earlier and asked if I can get him one. He's 9. I'd also need to get one for DD as well who will be 5. I vaguely recall some sort of referral thing? Are there any discounts and which books would be better to get for both DC? Thanks!

I have also seen some lovely paper in Paperchase.

I am currently waiting on a big order from www.giftitwrapit.co.uk, although most of the designs I ordered are now out of stock! Their bows look to be very good value too.

Oh and thanks for the new thread Reastie! It might be worth adding a warning to the Aliexpress tips in the second post of the next thread as there's not much longer left to order before Christmas. I'd take a chance on things I don't mind arriving right up until the 25th November, but anything urgent needs to be ordered this week really.

I have today got my paws on the Paddington teddy from the marks and spencer advert! I wasn't sure if he would be worth the £12, but he definitely is! A lovely quality bear and a good size. The book is £3 so together would make a lovely christmas present for children.

I'm now eagerly awaiting the john Lewis advert. I always buy a book soft toy or pyjamas every year from the christmas ads.
