Sausagerollers · 27/10/2017 11:08

Thanks soooo much for the heads up about Tesco 3 for 2. I just got 3 of my son's eye-wateringly expensive Lego sets for a third off by doing that, and had some vouchers to use on it too; very happy!!

Fashion company HotSquash has dresses from £10 at the mo that are good for Xmas parties, I got 3 for £30!

Theimpossiblegirl · 27/10/2017 11:15

Ziggy, I think there's a dining deal atm for Disney. Prices are generally fixed so worth starting in a travel agent and maybe going through topcashback or quidco.

InTheRoseGarden · 27/10/2017 11:17

I am seriously considering getting DS a PS4 with Fifa 18. I wouldn't normally get him such a big gift but he's desperate for it and never asks for much. He hasn't even asked for this to be fair, he's saving up his pocket money for it, bless him so I know it would absolutely make his Christmas to get it.

Where can I get the best deal on it? Amazon seem to have a bundle for about £250...am I likely to get it better anywhere else? Worth waiting for Black Friday etc?

traviata · 27/10/2017 11:46

Thanks Baileystruffle for the Book People codes.

The flash sale is still on and the codes stack.

I picked up great bargains including 10 book set of Alex Rider novels for £9.60 with the code.

To save people scrolling back up, I'll repeat the codes;

AFPUMPKIN for extra 20% off hand picked favourites (which includes most things in the sale) when you spend £30
GIFT17 for a free gift if you spend over £40
Free postage if your original order is over £25

Chilver · 27/10/2017 11:58

Amazon market place are now taking pre-orders for genuine Wow Wee Fingerlings - delivering 2nd Nov (i hope!)

hahaha I very nearly posted my groceries shopping list to this thread rather than whatsapping it to my husband!

I think I've mostly finished for my boys, just my 2 and a half year old girl to get for now - the kids are young enough to feel that having the same amount to open is more important than the costs matching, and I have far less for her because she's inherited all their old stuff so it's a struggle to know what to get her.

And I have to get the long suffering husband to get the stuff out of storage so I can check I haven't forgotten anything to put on my list - he was a bit too enthusiastic about putting it away! (disabled so can't do it myself)

EmGee · 27/10/2017 13:52

Perusing Tesco's 3 for 2 and I am surprised by price hikes in the past year. Barbie horse + barbie doll = £90!!! Barbie convertible + doll = £30!!! I bought the latter for £12.50 last year and am sure the horse retailed at RRP £60.

toriah · 27/10/2017 13:57
