Aah, I went with DD aged 5 to choose and name 2 bears for £19 recently and the bears have now gone into hibernation for a couple of months, she seemed fairly ok with that and also liked being taken out.

@Squigget just a word of warning re. waiting for the next 20% off M&S - I’ve had a real problem this year with stuff going out of stock v quickly. I think they don’t stock many of each sizes these days, across the depts. So if the pyjamas are completely perfect, I’d be tempted to buy them now. You can always keep them the receipt and re-order with 20% off if it happens within the returns period.

I have nothing to add other than hearing a little snippet from you this morning, it reminds me to have more patience. Sometimes I don't have enough with my daughter. The love and understanding you have for your son is amazing, it's very inspiring to hear. I'm so glad that parents share these things, it reminds others to be more considerate and understanding too. And also a lot less judgemental, when we don't have a clue what another family has to do to get through and enjoy their day. I hope you all have a good day today.

After seeing the samples and the free delivery code I twitched on the clarins. Dh has asked me to make him an advent calendar so 9 men’s samples ordered. I’m very happy with that. I’ve also got my stash out to start wrapping. I feel it is time to maybe stop.....

big arse. If it's any help, dd (now 9) had a couple of very very bad years at night time. At many times I've been at the very threshold of sanity with her. But it got better (much less violent). It's hard to get the balance right and OT only ever criticised what I did. Some nights she sleeps in the hallway in just pants. It breaks my heart to see it, but I realise life is easier for her to let her do it (unless she's being really violent, but that's another story). Dd doesn't like being touched, so everything I do for her is so counter-initiative to me. My other dd with ASD is a cuddle monster

In a similar vein has anyone seen a dress with buses on that would fit a slim 4 year old? It appears from my searching to be impossible. She did have a lovely handmade dress in Cath Kidston fabric that I found brand new on eBay but it's now super short on her. Thanks
