For those with EB damaged mugs - take a photo and email them. I had a problem a couple of christmases ago when personalised Daddy mug turned up with huge chip - which wasn't eleventh in packaging - after a few emails and waiting delay as they were busy new mug arrived to replace it - too late for Christmas but luckily it was on,y for DH And no as a gift for anyone else.

EB are brill at their customer service just give them a bell/email. I think they have proved how good as a company they are from their behaviour we have witnessed here. I suppose breakages are to be expected in their line of business.

It's a huge chip, but it was packaged so well, and no sign of the chipped bit - over a 1cm long. So I think it was just missed when checking. I'll email them today with a photo. Do you think I'll have to send the mug back?

For those still after EB mugs you should still be able to get 3 for £26.91 delivered. If you use a referral code to get your free spotty mug then add WELCOME15UK that should do it. Not quite as good as original offer but pretty decent.

Would it be a good idea to set up separate threads for the referral links?

I remember we did that one year and it seemed to work quite well. The links are then easy to find and it doesn't clog this thread up.

Just note that if you shop at Ocado, Teapigs is as cheap there at the moment. 2 for £7 which is £3.50 each whereas on teapigs site they are £4.49 with 20% off plus you have to pay delivery.
