Welcome one and all, see post two for links.

This Christmas we will mostly be watching the children spinning in bilibos with their head torches on and we will be drinking pact coffee in our Emma Bridgewater polka dot mugs

Costco have got Contigo vacuum / travel mugs in at the moment 2 pack for £19. They're usually £20+ each so great for anyone who travels a lot, or an office secret santa if you split it down.

They also had paw patrol remote control cars in, I think they were about 20quid.

yumyumpoppycat · 10/10/2017 19:02

Thanks playmobilepeacock - good one for birthday party present box

Sparklingbells · 10/10/2017 19:08

Annwithnoe · 10/10/2017 19:15

DillieDollie there is a link in the 2nd post to a site called Super Saver Delivery that helps find the add on items for Amazon. Hth

SnowBodyforrrrm · 10/10/2017 19:18

@oncandystripedlegs don't worry about the puppy surprise. You'll get it a good bit cheaper. I spotted them in Tesco last week marked at £30, I rolled my eyes because give it a while and they'll drop that price! I got my twins one each for their birthday not so long ago, I went to smyths and got one for £20 and the other for £15 (due to a bashed box) They didn't show on their site as cheaper, they just had their big stickers on them instore so worth checking.

Incidentally, the new bunny surprise 🙄 was cheaper in Tesco last week!

SnowBodyforrrrm · 10/10/2017 19:22

I keep forgetting to post this. I got one of Santa's buttons from eBay for a couple of quid. It's going to be dropped outside the kids bedrooms eating that many pies will do that to you

I have a 10yo who is going to have his last year believing and as he's waivering, I thought it might give him that fizz of magic in his tummy when he sees it on Christmas morning. I don't want the magic to end for him but he's in year 6 so have to accept it can't carry on forever Xmas Sad

torthecatlady · 10/10/2017 19:28

I noticed the Christmas edition of good housekeeping was out in the shops today while out shopping. Had a flick through and hoping mine is delivered soon!

horacemorris · 10/10/2017 19:41

Just ordered some FNAF pyjamas from Character.com. Only £8 reduced from £15 (I think?). Quite a few other bits and bobs on there for a good price!

horacemorris · 10/10/2017 19:42

Plus you get 10% off your first order.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 10/10/2017 19:46

I don't know how to copy posts across sadly but my Etsy recommendations for good value gifts from the last thread were:

Indie Prints - for music lovers
Chatty Nora - hand drawn quotes
Manic Minotaur - unusual geeky graphics
Literary Lockets - jewellery for book lovers
Woolly Warmers - cool crochet
Once Upon a Bowtique - movie themed hair bows

(Sorry, no time to do links again but original post towards the end of last thread and all are searchable under shops on Etsy site)

Methenyouplus4 · 10/10/2017 19:51

Apparently EB mugs have been dispatched, think I ordered them on the 8th.

Methenyouplus4 · 10/10/2017 19:54

My quidco referall link if anyone would like to sign up (gives us both £10):

www.quidco.com/user/7864045/2523770

Might be worth mentioning that you have £20 to set as you want for how much they/you get (I went with half for each of us).

Blitz- I used your referall link up thread but it appears to have given me nothing and you £20, you had said in the post that both parties received £20Hmm?

@theromanempire
My boys like a toiletry set - 12 and 11 at xmas but they are now in the 'man spray' category ( as we call in in our house!
So - anything high street wins, they are not into Eau De Toilette etc , but the packs of Lynx, David Beckham or Adidas shower gel and deodrant go down well.

www.lowplex.com/
I recently ordered a series of Warrior cats books from this website and was very pleased with packaging and delivery .

AgnesBrownsCat · 10/10/2017 20:09

That was for the poster looking for the thirteen storey treehouse books btw

moonbabyandthebeast · 10/10/2017 20:10

Saw a few different our generation dolls in Tk Maxx today ranging from £20-£30. Also had the horse riding outfit for £9.99.
Can't remember who was looking for the jamie oliver 5 ingredient book but its half price in Waterstones.

Tattybogle89 · 10/10/2017 20:29

Does anyone know if there is a boys version of a secret diary? My son is after the electronic kind like is advertised for girls. But is adamant it can't look girly and must be for boys. I can find lock and key paper ones but nothing like he is after?

AgnesBrownsCat · 10/10/2017 20:30

Blitz 😳😳😳

slimyslitheryslug · 10/10/2017 20:31

Treehouse books can usually be found in The Works. It's not quite such a good deal as on Book People but it's still a good deal - 4 for £6 rather than 5 for £6 perhaps.

NoWordForFluffy · 10/10/2017 20:33

Hmmmm. Looks like I may not be getting my EB mugs as I ordered on 6th but the order is still processing. —Ignores the fact I didn’t need them anyway.—

NoWordForFluffy · 10/10/2017 20:33

Second strike out fail of the day. Sigh!

Pigleychez · 10/10/2017 20:35

Islacornx
Take the name of the seller on Notonthehighstreet and google it. Iv'e heard they get charged quite a bit of sell on NOTH and things are often cheaper direct on their own website.

OhOurBilly · 10/10/2017 20:39

I just ordered a bilibo for my ds, he'll be 13 months at Christmas. In my defence, they had them at baby sensory! I'm sure it will be one to spend the next three years tripping over grow into.

My offering are these faux fur fingerless mittens for £1.37 and free delivery. Fingerless Mittens
