Hi all, I've been lurking on these threads for a while and as a result have had a few ideas for presents, thank you.
In the wake of the Hush customer service debacle I just wanted to show that there are firms out there who do get customer service right. As a result of a link from Restie at the start of one of these threads I ordered the chocolate anuses from Toxic Fox. They arrived very quickly, packaged so there was no way either they or the box were going to get damaged in the post. Unfortunately, the use by date was 30th October, just a week after placing the order.
I got in contact with them via email, received a reply within the hour, full of apologies and offering a replacement with a longer shelf date. Result - happy customer.
I then received a further email, more apologies as no more available, my money was refunded straightaway and a discount offer on a further purchase once they were back in stock. And as the use by date was very close we had to eat the ones received
and very nice they were too.
Not as wonderful as having chocolates with a good shelf life obviously, but great customer service when things went unexpectedly wrong. Well done Toxic Fox
