afreshstart I'd say the rose cottage house would be too small for a 3 year old. I'd say it would do a child aged 1-3 but no older.

I've opened a PayPal dispute with hush too. I await their response.

Snooky17, I don't know what sort of thing you are looking for but Superdry on eBay have hats, belts, wallets etc for under a tenner. Next clearance section has some bits depending on what you are looking for, and Debenhams have a huge clearance section of jewellery - up to 70% off. HTH

For anyone looking for Christmas Eve pjs I'd definitely recommend these The Snowman ones - they come with an additional fleecy top to wear over the pyjama top instead of a dressing gown.

I also bought some 'girls leggings', because Mr Tu doesn't think boys like Christmas - picture attached.

My local Debenhams store had a fair bit of Jamie Oliver kitchen stuff in at 60% off. It must have been old stock as there was another whole section which was 20% off which I guess must have been the current range. They had cheese boards, cheese forks, cheese markers, terracotta bowls etc... Might be a nice idea for some hard to buy foodie people. (TK Maxx also had a couple of the same bits in but only a few pieces and they were cheaper in Debenhams)
