nocuts budget is as little as physically possible.
The patroller looks good, as does the lookout, but I probably wouldn't be able to stretch to both.
I didn't even think of ordering from China for pokemon stuff. I'm usually super organised and this time last year I had most presents bought and wrapped! This year has been pretty stressful though.

FireflyGirl £1 is indeed bargainous enough, I've been finding them around £5 online! We have a Home Bargains in town, will check it out this week.

HerRoyal DS1 is really into dinosaurs and at that age we got him some dinosaur toys from the Works - these ones. OOS atm but have seen them recently instore. The Works has various dinosaur books and puzzles actually. Once he was old enough we upgraded to Schleich ones, but the squishy, cartoony Works ones still get played with.

If our multiple buys for hype are not honoured then there will soon be hundreds of bags for sale again.

I paid with PayPal and have not had a notice of refund. Surely I would have if they were only honouring one per customer. And I am sure someone up thread said they had two on their way.

herroyal if u can only get one definitely the patroller - much sturdier and better made. The lookout is always falling over and falling apart - dd becomes frustrated with it easily!

It was me that said I have two on the way - also paid with PayPal. However I did order three and have heard nothing about the third one yet.

Opened the Scalextric this morning, kids age 6 and 7 enthralled. Would recommend for £20, well worth it.

WhyHasAllTheRumGone my gut feeling is they will be another furby, but they do seem to do a do a bit more. DD (9) is also interested so I may well go for it if I can find a good offer. Her furby is in the back of her wardrobe because she doesn't like the way it can turn evil but it was a big hit initially!

HerRoyal don't get the lookout! It's absolute crap and constantly falls apart! The patroller is far far better quality (weirdly!)

Any suggestions for a big / main present for 4 year old DD. we've got her older sister a scooter so equivalent present to that but she already has a scooter & bike so I'm a bit stuck.

I'm also looking for Paw Patrol stuff. After reading comments on here and elsewhere, looks like it will have to be the Paw Patroller. At nearly £60 though, it's a lot for a plastic toy. Any suggestions on how to get it cheaper?

I expect this has already been mentioned, but the Entertainer is doing a special birthday event this weekend. Quite a few discounts in store, plus I got given a scratchcard at the till and if you were a winner, you got to choose a toy (mainly Shopkins and Lego) from a box. Most people seem to win!
