See post two for links and codes and huge thanks to firefly girl for helping me update the list so hopefully all old codes have now been banished. I can't keep the list up to date without your help so please do let me know in bold so I can't miss it if anything doesn't work Thanks

Has anyone seen any reindeer soft toys? Not necessarily big or expensive. Something to give DS on Christmas eve.

I'm also after Happyland toys, and Vtech/fisher price/leap frog toddler toys if anyone's seen offers?

LotisBlue · 07/10/2016 09:03

We bought the playmobil camper van mentioned above last Christmas and my three year old played with it lots. She was just potty training and she loved making everyone go to the toilet! On the downside we have lost most of the cutlery /crockery

itsonlysubterfuge · 07/10/2016 09:09

CandyMcJingles · 07/10/2016 09:14

Whatwillicallmyself - not sure what part of Ireland which obv determines which shops you can get to:
H&M's cosmetics and bits and bobs is worth checking out even just for a nail buffer or toe seperator.
Penneys makeup while cheap is right on trend. They also have a tech range with headphones, usb sticks etc, all a little funky. They have lovely scented candles too.
Tiger have a few stores dotted round and are great for good quality cheap stuff.
Dealz do a milk tray for €1.50. It has about 7 sweets in it.
Aldi have little boxes of toffee and fudge in the Christmas section
Harvey Norman might be worth a browse through - a bit pricier but they often have little bits and bobs and nice mugs etc.
Tesco, especially the bigger ones are worth a browse for stationery, and there's a paper chase section in house of Fraser in Dundrum if you're near.
Haven't been in years but I used to love muji on Chatham street. It's a Japanese store that stocks all sorts. Worth a browse.
Urban outfitters is good for offbeat unusual stuff, though a bit pricier.
TK Maxx do nice and unusual notebooks, books on odd topics and be sure and check out the men's section for gag gifts and fun stuff. They often have biscuits and sweets around the counter.

Parcel motel, if there's one near you are a good way of cutting down on postage from Amazon- you can use their address to avail of free uk delivery and then pick it up from your nearest locker.

With a budget of €100, and interspersing with a few €1 items like sachets of hot choc, bar of choc, packet of jellybeans, hand cream, etc, some of the items can be a bit more expensive. It should end up being a lovely gift!

HungryHorace thank you for the hessian sack link! I was only thinking about needing to look for some the other day as the felt ones I used for my children have almost disintegrated. I clicked the link and it offered £10 discount on personalised sacks but I did a quick test order and I think it brings the sacks down from £22 to £10 delivered. I'll be ordering later. (Code is WELCOME10).

supermariossister · 07/10/2016 09:49

Wilko had festive friends teddies which were half price 3.50 so may be worth checking for reindeer.

Leeloo2 · 07/10/2016 09:50

Sorry, where was the hessian sack link, I can't find it...

Ginmakesmecry · 07/10/2016 09:52

ReindeerPoop · 07/10/2016 09:59

Does anyone know what the little tykes remote control cars which drive round inside of a wheel are called?

BowiesBlueEye · 07/10/2016 10:01

Freezing The Card Factory has plush reindeer toys. I got them to peek out of the stocking last year. They were quite cheap.

ReindeerPoop · 07/10/2016 10:02

Found them! They're called tyre twisters/ but £39.99 is steep Shock

Just wanted to mention a cheap stocking filler type gift that has been played with/carried everywhere since last Christmas. It's those snake puzzle things and Smiggle have one for a fiver right now.

supermariossister · 07/10/2016 10:11

Yep I got that too mipe bought a pencil case for £1.24 to go with the bag I had got a couple of weeks ago.

StubbleTurnips · 07/10/2016 10:17

If anyone spots a giant sit on horse I may have convinced DH that we need one for DD. Unicorn has been formally vetoed.

Coldilox · 07/10/2016 10:17

not been on for a few days as work has been crazy busy, return to see I've inspired the new thread title Grin

GlowWine · 07/10/2016 10:17

Not super-bargainous, but I've got three codes for 15% off at www.lostmy.name. They are individual one-off codes so please PM me.
I'm very happy with the book that just arrived for my niece. They do them in a number of (mainly European) languages too. Their books tend to be 19.99, personalised posters 12.99, all with free shipping

Vistaverde · 07/10/2016 10:26

Thanks for the mug link. That's the grandparents presents sorted. Also succumbed to the Good Housekeeping offer. The bowls would make a good present for my sister but I am tempted to keep them for myself.

Freezingwinter · 07/10/2016 10:28

Those are lovely! I'll be off to the card factory this weekend.

Ginmakesmecry · 07/10/2016 10:29
