Reastie email their CEO of chief exc if you google you will find most companies CEO details I did this when having hassle with ford new car became dangerous they kept repairing said new part too expensive, emailed CEO at 8pm one eve, response at 8/30pm saying would get someone to ring me in Morning most senior person head office rang at 9am, within week part replaced no more issues with car and free major service when it was due. Although you shouldnt have to go so high sometimes only way for a response
