brilliantly, Home Bargains were doing Zip It a few months ago for £1.99. It may still be available in some stores.

AlbusPercival · 28/09/2016 11:40

Oh, also I have a very annoying habit of refusing to go to bed while the world is still in jeopardy. have made DH play three times in a row in the past so we can win before I sleep, so maybe play early in the day Grin

monkeyfacegrace · 28/09/2016 11:41

I also got an American packet of jelly beans on B&M for £1. It's not a game, but a case of, 'does this one taste of watermelon or snot, blueberry or toothpaste, strawberry or curry' etc.

BrilliantlyStupid · 28/09/2016 11:58

Albus, that is brilliant, thank you so much for taking the time to post. We have played a few easier cooperative games as a family (11yr old and 13yr old) and I think that Pandemic may be perfect for us. He prefers strategy games to any other type. I'm ordering it!

AlbusPercival · 28/09/2016 12:02

If you have any Discworld fans in your family can also recommend this one:

www.amazon.co.uk/Terry-Pratchett-Witches-Board-Game/dp/B00DYQQDVC

But current Amazon price is a long way from bargainous.

We also Love Mad King Ludwigs castle, which is not cooperative, but is all about strategy, money management and deciding which victory points to go after. I love it.

stealthsquiggle · 28/09/2016 12:03

Albus can my DC borrow you, please? They only have a useless non-board-game-playing mother.... I could snuggle mini-Albus while you play endless games of world domination....

AlbusPercival · 28/09/2016 12:09

Haha sounds good to me Stealth, if you happen to live in Surrey you are on :)

lookingforbaubles · 28/09/2016 12:14

How are people getting the hotel chocolat and free hot chocolate for 6.95. I can only see it for 9.95 or 6.95 for just the chocolate.

DubiousCredentials · 28/09/2016 12:18

Good prices on Jellycat toys at Laura Ashley, instore and online. Really want to get one of the huge bunnies but can't justify another cuddly purchase really Blush

Amazon are trailing a Star Wars "Day of Deals" - 2 days to go.

Albus - sadly not Surrey or even close. They will just have to cope.

MyFirstMyLastMyEverythingBagel · 28/09/2016 12:38

Sainsbury has a few half price toys in store

I got a toot toot tower thing for £26 instead of £52 it's in a massive box so really good pressie

They had a barbie hair salon with barbie included again decent size box for pressie pile for £12 and also a dancing horse and barbie for £25

Elizabethtailored · 28/09/2016 13:15

My huge Hema parcel arrived in 48 hours and all the stuff looks amaxing!!

LibertineLola · 28/09/2016 13:15

icklekid all my chocolates are from the tasting club. Once you sign up for one collection you can then select to try others at the same £6.95 offer. I initially ordered the mellow, classic and high cocoa which are in the picture and after seeing the size and weight of them I ordered the rare and vintage box and the fortified box too. I changed the delivery option on them all to 12 weeks too so I will cancel when the next two arrive. Does anyone have any experience cancelling the tasting club please?

Stiddleficks · 28/09/2016 13:31

Don't know it's been mentioned but Book People have a flash sale until midnight tonight upto 87%off.
