LockingJay Brantano currently have 25% off all shoes online and in store. I think it might finish on Sunday as they're also giving a £10 off a purchase voucher which starts on Monday (I couldn't use it on my second purchase there today!).

But if you know what you want, you'd get 25% off your shoes and your dc's shoes, which is a pretty good deal I think, particularly at this time of year.

They do adult and children's Clarks shoes as well as other makes.

My local one also now has a little thing you put your new shoes in and it sprays industrial strength protector spray on them. They charge £4 for it but it's currently £3 thanks to the 25% off deal. I did it for ds's clarks school shoes but didn't bother for the trainers, will just spray them and see how it compares.

I am so annoyed. I had managed to secure front row cheap seats to see Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone at the SECC next May when the tickets went on pre-sale yesterday morning, only for my shitey TalkTalk internet to crap out at the last minute when I was entering my card details. Lost the tickets and the rest were gone by the time I got back in Sad DD would have loved it. I think people in Cornwall heard me screaming.

luckiestgirl it's definitely ornamental. My heavy handed 9 year old has already been warned not to touch it play with it come Christmas decoration time as it's too small and delicate.

Can someone point me in the direction of the link for the joules wellies please? I might just get the next size up for DS at that price.

HungryHorace · 03/09/2016 06:50

Here's the outlet link. If you sort with price low to high the wellies are got to quite quickly. :-)

Petal7 · 03/09/2016 08:19

That's beyond frustrating, Vino.

GinAndSonic · 03/09/2016 08:25

If you spend £30 on peppa pig stuff at argos you get a free 22in peppa or George plush which is currently on sale for £14.49.

GinAndSonic · 03/09/2016 08:26

You have to add the plush to your order, it doesn't do it automatically

VinoTime · 03/09/2016 09:19

I know petal Sad

Went back on this morning and the only tickets left on pre-sale are nearly £60 each, which I cannot afford. Might try my luck on Monday when they go live and hope some of the cheaper seats were held back.

Jamiesmuddyknees · 03/09/2016 09:25

Place marking, been on holiday and I kept thinking that I was missing out on the bargains on this thread.

OorWullie1936 · 03/09/2016 09:30

The black version is the hoodie, the blue is crew neck. Received it yesterday Smile

Jamiesmuddyknees · 03/09/2016 09:32

Does anyone know anything about virtual reality goggles? Saw some in home bargains for around £5 but didn't get them because I'm not quite sure if they would be rubbish?

TheImprobableGirl · 03/09/2016 09:33

Fab Thanks

Oreocrumbs · 03/09/2016 09:39

The works have Santa is coming to (your home town) books for £5 in store and online.

I haven't risked a link after my last debacle, but here is a snap of the email so you can see what they are!

Jamies I've got the Home Bargains ones and love them! Me and the kids have been playing all sorts on it, rollercoasters, chasing dinosaurs, exploring different places and going under the sea.
I've downloaded a couple of interactive horror story games to play on it too, and we love watching 360° videos on YouTube.
It's really comfortable, I really recommend it. I got a couple more to give to FIL and BIL
