Aw no chips! Mines were perfect Sad

EmGee · 31/07/2015 21:20

For any little girls keen on the film 'Barbie and the Secret Door', Princess Alexa, the Mermaid and the Fairy are selling for about 12 pounds. Rather than 19.99 (or 25.00 as I saw in Fenwicks).

giggly · 31/07/2015 22:15

Just missed Argos 3for2 I am sure they do it again around October can anyone remember? Want to get in some Lego friends/elves for my dad.

CrapBag · 31/07/2015 23:36

Yes they do the argos 3 for 2 again later, that's when I get the bulk of my stuff. I also asked the assistant when I picked my stuff up as one of my things didn't arrive in stock in time for the 3 for 2.

durhamgirl · 31/07/2015 23:48

Reastie, you melt the stumpy leftovers from other crayons then pour into the mould and pop into the fridge to set. If you put a few colours in they come out multicoloured :)

daddykyller · 31/07/2015 23:58

Had an email- there's a Flash Sale at Tesco Direct
Doesn't look too bad.

And the Argos sale wasn't much to worry about- I think there is usually better deals on their ebay outlet: Argos ebay Outlet

giggly · 01/08/2015 01:17

Dd not dad although I'm sure he wouldn't really mind.

Reastie · 01/08/2015 07:38

Like the idea Durham but I don't actually think we have any stumpy ends to use up, we don't have that many crayons and dd doesn't use them a lot.

margaritasbythesea · 01/08/2015 08:05

lego ninjago at all time low atm according to camelcamel.

There are a few sets reduced like that.

MissRainbowBrite · 01/08/2015 13:35

Home Bargains have the Doc McStuffins Playdoh set for £1.99, a good stocking filler for that price. You get 3 small tubs of sparkle playdoh and 4 moulds.

RamblingRosieLee · 01/08/2015 15:57

I'm joining! Am desperately going to try and cut the cost of Christmas this year. So far have 16 people to buy for, plus 4 'family' gifts and my 8yo DD. Ouchies.

Have discovered a website called Bargain Max which actually looks quite reasonable. Delivery is free on orders over £40.00. I'm definitely going to pick up some toys for DD and some of the children I need to buy for. Have been searching through the website for the past hour trying to weed out the biggest bargains.

Barbie Dreamhouse is down to £144.99.

Monster High deals including dolls from £7.99, Share or Scare game at £3.99 and the Color me Mine messenger bag is down to only £6.99.

They have lots of One Direction bits selling for peanuts for any fans. Bedding for £2.99, curtains for £2.99, towel for £2.99, shoulder bag for £3.99 and their Dare to Dream book for £3.99.

Disney Princess bits - Merrida doll for £6.99, Eric Doll from the Little Mermaid for £5.99, Princess kite for £3.99 which I thought looked pretty cool for a stocking filler, pop up tunnel for £7.99 and an etch a sketch for £6.99.

Play Doh activity backpack is only £7.99. Definitely getting one of these for the nephews - will drive my sister nuts Grin

Uno card game is only £3.99 - am grabbing for DD's stocking.

Melissa and Doug block cart for £10.99.

Mega Bloks table at £19.99.

RJnomore · 02/08/2015 11:37

Sale on over at latest in beauty. 45% off the capital box which I ordered, I love beauty boxes but teyre also great for bits for teen girl stockings. No subscription either with lib.

arthurbaby · 02/08/2015 12:14

Just been to Wilkinson's and they had some good reductions on the matching child and teddy outfits. I got the fairy and ladybird outfits for £3.50 each. Poster paints were reduced to 20p.

daddykyller · 02/08/2015 12:36

Now is a good time to stock up on clothes - there's stuff like tops at £1.49 on Sports direct - and there's loads of Disney characters and peppa pig, and avengers and that kind of thing. Definitely worth a look.
